All within 10 minutes of Disney World along with Universal Studios, SeaWorld, GatorLand and more. Orlando Airport 25 miles.

This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath ground floor Condo offers over 1440 square feet that features a full kitchen, in-suite laundry, dining area, as well as comfortable living area with cable, wifi, and Xbox.

NOTE: The water park portion (slide and splash pad) has pre-planned improvements to be made January 5, 2026 - February 13, 2026 where the water park will be closed during this time. The pool will operate as normal.
You will have full access to all resort amenities as part of your stay. Parking is free for up to two vehicles.
We live in Barrie, Ontario Canada so will not be in person but always available via message, text or phone. Sunset Villas our property manager that will accommodate you during your stay.

All drivers must have a valid drivers license to enter the secure, gates resort. Maximum of 2 vehicles can enter. Parking in public area near the condo unit.
