Our home is located in the prestigious Regal Palms resort and is ideal for golfers, large families or two smaller families. The property itself has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom is en-suite, and one bedroom/bathroom is located on the ground floor. Beautifully furnished living area with sliding doors opening onto patio area. The bathrooms all have shower/bath . The kitchen is fully equipped with all you will need for a real home from home, and has dining sets to accommodate 10 people. The property will be fully cleaned prior to your arrival by our private property management company. All linen and towels are provided and may be washed by guests as required. Beach towels are available poolside.

PLEASE NOTE:

Upon arrival at Regal Palms, you will need to check in at the Front Desk located at 2700 Sand Mine Rd, Davenport, FL 33897, where you will be asked to present a valid ID, your reservation paperwork and car license plate number to obtain your car parking decal and resort bracelets.

Regal Palms Resort & Spa Clubhouse charges a mandatory $20 +tax per night resort fee for use of the resort's amenities. This fee covers your entire family/party staying at the property.

*SNOWBIRD RESORT FEE DISCOUNT:
Guest must stay 28 days or more between November 1 to March 31 to qualify for the snowbird rate. The monthly Snowbird Rate will be $369.60 with taxes ($330.00 before taxes). Any additional day past 30 will be $11.00 + $1.32 (12% tax) = $12.32 total. If a guest stays 25-29 days they are still honored under the monthly Snowbird Rate but they have to pay the full $369.60. Maximum length of stay is 90 days.

For inquiries and reservations made on or after May 10, the rate quoted includes the daily resort fee charged by Regal Palms Resort.

This home is not pet friendly. Due to severe allergies of one of the owners, we are not able to accommodate Service Animals.
