I wasn't too happy with the shower curtain. It had something on it; looks like this hotel/motel needs remodeling in such areas, including above the shower head. At some point, they had a leak. The ceiling shows it.

1st unit didn't have power. The second unit had bugs... no-see-ums, I think. When i was at the desk, in the bed, (not bed-bugs) etc. Towels looked dirty thought they were probably clean. blankets were 1mm thick. Laid bathroom towels on the bed for my "blanket" tub needs replacing. Took FOREVER to get hot water for my shower. Thank goodness it did finally come.

Need to be near the Fairgrounds? This is the place

This is my third stay at this property, due to its location very close to the Central Florida Fairgrounds for a function I attend there every year. The property seems to be worse every time I stay there. This time, my room was between two rooms being remodeled. One of the adjoining rooms was storage, the other housed people that were working at the venue. Entering the room, it literally reeked of Chlorine, like it housed an indoor pool! No cover on the bed, just a thin blanket and the sheet. No remote for TV, and you could only get one channel; programming ability was disabled. Shower tub floor was peeling. Air conditioner was very noisy. Fridge wasn't frigid. Floor made my white socks gray. Several non working lights. Bed was OK for a one night stay. On the plus side, both of the people I dealt with were friendly and efficient. If what you need is to be close to the Fairgrounds as your primary requirement, this is the place. For anything else, stay elsewhere, as this place is continually degrading with every stay.

Very dissapointed stay.

The towels in the room was dirty and stained and the bed linen was not fresh the room smelled like something funky. The folowing day i asked the man at the front desk for some clean towels and he told me i have the forst bring the dirty towels to him the breakfast options were horrible and not sanitary there were a few homeless looking people on the property so i did not feel safe

Keep looking for somewhere else!

This was listed as a non-smoking room, but clearly had been smoked in as the smell hit you when you walked in. There were no other rooms available as they didn't have hot water. Called 4 other hotels and they were soldout, so we stayed. Eyes and throat were burning by the time we went to sleep and our clothes smelled by morning. The floor was sticky and dirty, the shower tub leaked all over the bathroom floor, the A/c unit and headboards probably hadn't been even wiped off in years. The filthiness and tape job on the hair dryer was the epitome of how they take care of the property.

Outrside sign to hotel is not lighted. Room had no lights except one small wall light. No lamps next to bed. No floor lamp. The front desk moved us, but that room was the same they brought us a floor lamp with a burned out bulb..$1.00 a night is too much to pay for this place Outlets next to the bed don’t work. Never stay in a Baymont again.

Can’t believe Wyndham associated their name with this seedy motel. There was a dirty razor blade in a drawer, the mattress was way past due on replacing (lumps from not being flipped) the room smelled of stale smoke, the shower curtain was falling down. There were residents living there leaving old walkers and junk in parking places. There were people smoking pot in the walkway. The free breakfast was your choice of waffles or yogurt that was frozen solid, no muffins or pastries, juice dispenser was out of order except for apple juice, voice of fruit was apples. Only good thing when I told them I was checking out early they said ok. Never asked why. They said they would refund me through Expedia, we’ll see.

The hotel where it was located was not in a very good part of the neighborhood They did put us in the back part which made us feel a little safer. They really wasn’t anything around like restaurants and stuff like that.

Check in was a problem and slow. The condition of the property was poor. The rooms were ok, the phone didn’t work and we needed a lightbulb, replacement not happening. Breakfast was very minimal. Location was poor. Will never stay here again. Also there was loud music next door, they said it will end at 11pm. That made it ok.

I guess it was worth the money maybe. I did not like the cleanliness of the place. The towels though they smelled washed were stained and appeared dirty. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were small. I am always glad when breakfast is included but yogurt and waffles felt a little incomplete.

All I can say is stay away from this place. My husband and couldn’t sleep the entire stay loud music, belligerent people outside the bedroom door and a fight of domestic fight involving several people, the room was disgusting and smelled like an ashtray, was very dirty. They were pubic hairs in the bathroom and hot water on and off. Everything was old. They should’ve formed guest or listed that the host section 8 folks for the homeless program. We have nothing against homeless people, but that should be disclosed before anyone is booking a nice day at a hotel. This place is horrible. The first morning that we walked there. That was what we confronted a homeless person sleeping in the parking lot adjacent to our room.don stay here for your family”s sake and safety
