This beautiful 4 bedroom two story townhome is located in the luxurious gated resort complex of Regal Palms Resort and Spa. With access to all of the amenities located around and within the community center, there is something for everyone. There are weekly themed nights at the club house as well as karaoke and movie nights. Besides all of the playgrounds, there is the beautiful pool and Tiki bar.There is an Irish bar and restaurant on site. There is a resort fee that must be paid upon your arrival that covers your entire group and is a daily rate. It is $22.40 per day.
Only 2 cars are allowed at the property, all extra needs to park in the overflow car park ($10 fee)

The resort is located off the US27 in Davenport, which offers great access to Walt Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios theme parks. Shopping and dining can be found very close by. This home is ideal for families with kids. Go to the parks all day and come home and relax in the large community pool.

The property management company is available 24 hours a day if you have any problems at the home.

Very nice

The unit is a short walk to the pool area. The pool and hot tub get very packed so plan to get there early. There are towels at the pool you can use, but bring your own float for the lazy river. We got ours at a nearby store for half the price than the ones they sell by the pool. The one downside to this unit is that the sun shines bright in the bedrooms early in the morning and the shades don't block the sunlight.

Our stay was wonderful! Property manager came right out when there was an issue with the washer. Only had two complaints. 1.Couldn’t walk around inside barefoot. Feet would be dirty. 2.Television in living room needs better channels. Biggest football weekend and only able to watch in upstairs master.

Spacious and comfortable

The unit was clean and comfortable. Myself and 3 girlfriends had plenty of space for our weekend getaway. The pool with lazy river was amazing. Close enough to Disney for a quick drive to the parks but at the same time far enough away in a very quiet area.

Orlando Stay

The overall Property was nice a little far from the Airport for our taste but not that bad. The house alone was somewhat disappointing, the beds were uncomfortable & they had a very very bad Ant problem in the kitchen area. We had to kill Ants almost every time we entered the kitchen area, very disappointed about that. But other then that everything turned out ok

We enjoyed our stay but, we had to throw a lot of food out due to the bugs. Of course that was a disappointment due to the fact that we paid for groceries. We should have been warned. We were not very happy about someone coming into our place while we were out on one occasion.
