Beautiful hotel, friendly and professional staff. Rooms are very nice, only complaint about the room is the water pressure in the shower is weak. We were paid up for 2 days and on the second day we left to go have breakfast and got a call our son had been in an auto accident we quickly went back to the hotel to gather our things and head back home. I went to check out and I told her we needed to check out early which was about 45 minutes past their check out time. She asked was anything wrong with the hotel I said no that we just learned of our son being in an accident and we need to go home. She said ok but you won’t be refunded for the early check out. I was annoyed but didn’t have the time to argue it and I left

I never leave reviews, but this time, this hotel deserves it. I can honestly say it was the best hotel experience I've ever had. The staff was nice and courteous, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel and outdoor landscapes were beautiful.

⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆ (3 out of 5 stars) The hotel overall is nice — quiet and clean, a good place to rest. However, there are a few things worth mentioning for future guests. First, the walk from the parking area to the elevators is quite long. You basically have to go through the entire hotel, which can be inconvenient, especially if you’re carrying luggage or coming back tired. Another point is the parking access. Every time you enter, you have to show a QR code, and they check the dates to confirm your stay. If you go out multiple times during the day, you have to repeat this process each time, which can get a bit annoying. Inside the room, the bathroom area only has lighting around the mirror — the bathtub area has no light, making it a bit dark. Also, the bathtub faucet kept dripping slightly after turning it off, which was noticeable at night. Other than these details, the hotel is quiet, the common areas are clean, and the overall atmosphere is pleasant. I would give it 3 out of 5 stars.
