When we finally got back to the room, the TV read a message of week or no signal. We called the front desk and was told no one was on site to handle it. However, we were not offered a room change or any other accommodation. Also the room mini fridge Had a funny sound continuously.

Not a bad hotel on walking distance to convention center,a lot of restaurants,shop and attractions around. The rooms are small,the hotel is next to I 4 and sometimes could be noise. The staff are ok very helpful. The place is clean,plenty parkings if you have a good deal it is a good hotel for few days.

Great location

We stayed for a volleyball tournament at the convention center. This location was perfect because we could walk to the convention center and in the evening we were directly across from The Pointe which offers a variety of restaurant options. The buffet in the hotel was also very nice. We ate breakfast here one morning and the staff was so nice.

My daughter and I stayed here for 5 nights. The location was good for our needs to get to the convention center. We enjoyed lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel ammenities were nice. We enjoyed having the convenience store and coffee shop in the lobby. We didn't eat at the restaurants because the price seemed high for the offerings. The pools were nice, although there seemed to be a lot of hair in the pool which was gross. The room was mostly clean, the bathtub had hair gobs in the bath mat which was also kinda gross. We stayed on the first floor and could hear everyone walking by, luckily it wasn't much of an issue for us. Overall, our stay was pleasant. We felt safe. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Not terribly spacious but quiet and good amenities. Had free EV charging on Rosen property next door that can be accessed from the parking lot. Very humid in rooms and things didn’t dry well. Our room had a faulty door handle that made it difficult to open and close but enjoyed our stay.

Cost effective and decent location

The room did its purpose and was a place to stay a few nights for a sports event and was chosen by our coach due to being cost effective. There were three elevators for my building and the one it connected to. At one point, only one was working and the rest of the time only two worked. The rooms need to be updated. The carpet is old and flooring needs to be changed. We had ants or tiny little bugs in the sink area, and we kept the room as clean as we could. Beds are only full size which is unusual since most hotels offer either a queen or king size. I didn't see a need for 3 pools, which are small. The outside bar area at the 2nd pool was not open. There are only 2 treadmills, an elliptical, a stationary bike, one pulley system, and a set of dumbbells in the gym. This was not practical for the size of the hotel and got too crowded to use. Overall, I'd suggest the owners renovate the pool area and gym to keep up with the surrounding hotels. We did not go to the game room or the restaurants. So much potential here, just needs to be renovated. There was a lot of noise from the interstate, but this could be improved if the hotel planted trees along the fence line. It is convenient to many restaurants and was an easy walk to the other Rosen Hotel where we used the Skybridge to walk over to the West Concourse of the Convention Center. The staff is friendly, and the cleaning crew is out daily, if needed.

Very Disappointed

My wife and daughter felt very unsafe staying at this hotel. Had people banging on their door late at night. Broken elevator, outside hallways, moldy smell in the room. We booked three nights, they checked out early after the first night and were not allowed a refund from hotels.com even though we checked out two nights early. Very disappointed with the hotel and very disappointed with hotels.com
