Yes spotless. The cleaning staff does an excellent job. Quiet. Overall we felt quite safe. Only thing I didn't like was the surprise $10 a day charge for parking.

The assistant manager Delmi is very unprofessional. My room keys were messed up and he refused to fix them and he was the one who did my check in on that thurs. So my kids and I had to leave a day earlier than planned. I use to stay at this property often. I will not stay here again. The beds were uncomfortable this time. When a ASM won't own up to his mistakes and my kids had to keep getting security to let them into the room bcs he would not fix his mistake.

Fridge didn't work, it wasn't clean and even saw a roach. Would never stay there again. Not sure how this hotel is rated so high on Expedia. Very disappointed.
