WELCOME TO OASIS VILLA: the perfect destination for your gathering with friends or family or just a quiet retreat. Featuring 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, heated pool and spa, this single story villa exudes charm and relaxation. It comes fully equipped to the highest standard, including free wireless internet and everything you need for your perfect dream Florida vacation.

Our villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and is located in Solana Resort which is a prestigious gated community on US 27, giving easy access to all major local attractions (Walt Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Orlando Resort, LEGOLAND Orlando, just to name a few), as well as the east and west coasts. The east coast offers the Kennedy Space Center, Daytona Beach, Cocoa Beach, etc., and on the west coast you will find Tampa, Busch Gardens, St-Pete’s Beach, Clearwater Beach, and so much more!

THE SOLANA RESORT is a fully gated community with 24 hrs security providing a safe vacation environment with clubhouse full of amenities! The clubhouse includes a large sized pool, Tiki bar, fitness room, recreational room, an outdoor Jaccuzi Spa, children's playground, a volleyball court and an 18 hole mini golf for fun family entertainment .

Our villa offers two superb master bedrooms. The first master suite has direct access to the pool area and includes a king size bed with an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. The second master suite includes a queen size bed, an en-suite bathroom and large closet. The third and fourth bedrooms have two single beds with ample closet space and share the third bathroom. All 4 bedrooms are equipped with large flat screen TV's.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances and utensils you need and you have the choice of informal indoor dining in the diner area with 6 sittings, as well as a breakfast table with 4 sits, or outdoor dining under the covered lanai by the pool. A barbeque is also provided for your enjoyment.
Want to relax by the TV, there is a cozy living room area with comfortable sofas.
Or maybe want to soak up some of the Florida sun? Stay and relax in the pool and spa, enjoy the Florida sunshine on the sun loungers or take the shade under the covered lanai area.

* Pool/Spa heating is optional, but recommended during the months October to April, if required it is charged at $35 per day.

Our villa is managed by a reputable property management company that will be available for any inquiry you might have.

The house is beautiful! We especially loved the pool and spa. Our kids swam every day, and having the privacy screen made it feel comfortable for all of us. We had some flight delays and John and Lorina were so great during the whole process. I highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely gorgeous Villa. Host couldn’t do enough for us. Any questions were answered straight with happiness and nothing was too much trouble. Checked if everything was ok the next day, brilliant. We had to leave the original villa due to so many issues and John allowed us to check in early to this villa due to our circumstances. Highly recommended.

Villa perfect

We've been holidaying in Florida for decades and the last 20 years have been villas. most of them really nice but none of them as clean as this one. The moment we arrived at the gated entrance we were very welcomed by the young lady and that continued throughout the holiday. The resort was the perfect size, not too big and a lovely little clubhouse with mini golf. The villa was fabulous with a great games room and it even had a pacman machine, which took me back to my youth although for some reason I never got past level 2!! You got the sun from first light until about 5pm when it went over the villa and by that time you were glad! We had a little issue on the first day about the pool but after contacting John it was immediately sorted, thanks John, BTW it has a resident gecko under the faraway right sun lounger that lives just under it that we watched sneaking out under the lanai every day foraging for food then coming back home later, just like us!! We would love to say that this was a home from home, but coming from Scotland, we don't have the weather, we don't have the pool, but the home was fantastic so it was a home from heaven

Perfect vacation rental

My husband and I along with our two children (10,6) had a wonderful time at this rental! The kids absolutely loved the pool and game room. This house is very spacious and kept up well. Not far from shopping, groceries or the parks. No issues during our trip except one day the internet went out. There was an outage but the owner was very responsive. I texted him and he immediately called me about it. Great house and great owners! Would definitely stay again!

Great Villa in Davenport

First time staying in Davenport. I don’t think I’d stay anywhere else now. The villa was absolutely beautiful! You can tell as soon as you enter that Lorina and John (and their Property Mgmt company) take a lot of pride in their home. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. Our twin granddaughters practically lived in the pool. John and the property mgmt team were so incredibly responsive on a couple of very very minor issues - both resolved within minutes. I would absolutely recommend this wonderful home for anyone who wants a very well maintained quiet home for their next vacation. We will absolutely be back. Thank you Lorina and John for allowing us to rent your beautiful home.

The house was everything as advertised, we had 6 adults that really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Home was very clean and comfortable. Having the Clubhouse was a plus, we were able to use work out equipment daily. Owner was easy to contact if I had any questions. We would definitely rent again.

Property was perfect and the pool and hot tub was amazing to come back to on an evening after a lot of walking during the day. The villa provided every thing we needed and more. Only constructive feedback I could give is that it could do with a bit of a deep clean in some areas like down sides of the cushions on sofa and under bed ets. Also replace some of the damaged / worn blinds. The Villa is located pretty Central for most things. Security on gates 24/7 give piece of mind. Close to a number of shops and restaurants. Owner very responsive and helpful. I would be very happy to stay hear again and would happily recommend

Everything was great, the property was as advertised and very well maintained, and the owner was very responsive. This is our second time staying and we would stay again in the future. The property was modern and nice with a lot of entertainment options in-home (pool, game room, etc). We had an amazing time and felt comfortable. One small complaint is that we didn't know quiet time in the neighborhood began at 11PM. One of the bedrooms is street-side and neighbors played their music loudly and hooped until the curfew every night. It was a little tough with our plans to gate-drop early at parks. Otherwise it was clean and had everything we needed.

Very nice house, near everything.

Great experience. We tend to stay in this area and this was the perfect house for our family. Nice decor, house and pool were clean. Had a question for the property owner when we got there and he not only called but followed up with text. Nice gated community near the parks and relatively close to both coasts. Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I always have a great time in Florida and we have always stayed at a Solana Resort home. Oasis Villa hosts are very responsive and the house was immaculate! Close to shopping, Disney, Cocoa Beach and everything else one might need. We will definitely be back!

We Stayed at this Property Last August and the property was spot on with the way it's described in the description of the home. The property was clean, the kitchen was well stocked. The pool was just what we needed to keep our 4 children happy in the hot wheather as they didn't want to visit the beaches after finding out that salt water is actually salty lol.

We have stayed at Solana many times and this property was my favorite! It was very clean, roomy, and had everything we needed for our 6 night stay. The beds were comfortable and we loved the pool, spa, and game room. Check-in process was smooth and the instructions provided prior to arrival were detailed and easy to follow. The community was quiet, beautifully landscaped, and safe. The community pool, mini golf course, volleyball net, and tiki bar were very entertaining! Communication with the owners and property management company was stellar. Everything was absolutely perfect and we can’t wait to go back!

We recently stayed at this property, and would recommend it to anyone. We surprised our kids with a trip to Disney World, but wanted to have our own space at the end of the day. The kids were in the pool daily! Great property!

Perfect retreat

We had a wonderful stay. The villa was very clean and comfortable. The pool and spa were a highlight of each day. Travel to theme parks was easy and stores for groceries and other last minute items were very close. I recommend Lake Louisa state park within 20 minutes and a nice break from theme parks. All in all, our only regret is not spending more time at the villa enjoying the pool!

The house was located in a great gated community with great amenities. We didn’t use the amenities of the community because the house itself had great pool for the kiddo to enjoy. The house was very clean and spacious. The host John was fantastic he helped with any questions we had right away. We will definitely use this property again. Five stars all the way

This property satisfied the complete needs of 4 adults and 4 children.
