Michael and Stephanie were amazing to deal with. Very responsive. Their villa had plenty of space for our party of 8 to spread out. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the backyard pool and spa. The house and furnishings are a bit tired and need some updating.

Family Universal Vacation

The location is about 40 minutes to Universal and more closer to Disney. We had a great time! There is a coffe maker, toaster, pans and pots with utensils. The BBQ grill is a plus. Plenty of towels and sheets are provided. Had a great time in the pool. Would definitely recommend and we will be back next year!

Excellent Stay

The home is beautiful. It is exactly as advertised. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The only issue was it was hot when we arrived and the upstairs was warm. I contacted the office and they gave me suggestions. The second floor eventually cooled off. I would recommend this property to anyone. The neighborhood is writhing distance to most places. The traffic can be awful during specific parts of the day. Me and my family would definitely rent this property again.

Relaxing family vacation

We were very impressed with our stay in Florida for our 2024 vacation. It was a very spacious and comfortable property. The pool was devine. Warm from the daily sun and pretty private with relaxing views. Just what was needed after our Disney days. The area was pretty close to shopping needs and dining options. Also not far from the parks. If given the opportunity, I'd definitely stay here again. Thank you to our host.

Our Stay at the Big Fish

We enjoyed the villa immensely. It was lovely and clean. It is centrally located. The pool and spa were a dream, lovely and warm. The owner was a pleasure to deal with. The management team was quick to respond to any issues. They were a husband and wife team. She was very pleasant. Our only disappointment was that he was very difficult to communicate with. All in all, we would certainly stay at this villa again.

Good holiday

A few problems with cleanliness when we arrived, contacted owners and they made sure someone came our first day to rectify everything. Internet info should be posted better, had to phone management company to find out where it was and lay down on the floor to get it, hopefully from now on they just post it at the entrance instead of just saying it's on the back of Cisco box! Otherwise, place is exactly as shown in pictures and we really enjoyed our stay there. Pool and spa were great, rooms airy, great house for large family.

Wonderful!

Loved this property. House is huge and very comfortable. Easy 30 minutes to Disney and so close to groceries and shopping. The pool and spa were wonderful after a long day waiting in line and standing/walking at Disney. The pool and spa heater worked really well. Very safe and very quiet yet one mile from all the conveniences.

Warm location, but service matters

We had rented a similar house with a pool in this area a few years ago and thought we’d try it again at a house that was supposed to be nicer. It wasn’t. I would describe the overall expedience as just okay. The house was good size and within an hour drive to most of the fun things our family wanted to do. Swimming in a heated pool was one of the top reasons we booked this location for our family. I called the owners upon check-in to explain the pool heater and connected hot tub weren’t working. While the owner showed concern, being a long distance landlord there was little he could do to help. Unfortunately they never checked back in with us, or made any follow up calls with updates about repairs. The property management company was fairly unresponsive. After leaving 5 voicemails over 24hrs with no calls back I finally got to talk with someone. The property manager was fairly aggressive and it took until the 4th day before they had a repair person out to fix the pool equipment. It was a good location, but service matters. Since I wanted a vacation and didn’t enjoy chasing people down to fix things as soon as we got there would not stay here again.

Great location for all things Disney.

This is our second year of staying at the Big Fish for our Disney family trip. We love this place, I wish we could of stayed longer. The grandkids love the game room. We had a small problem with the door lock that we created (no fault of the owner/management) and when I called about it, he had it resolved in just minutes. Very impressive response time. We will be back at our next opportunity. Thanks for a great trip!
