Serenity@Solterra - A modern 6 bed 4 bathroom home on the famed Solterra Resort

A modern, stunning open plan beautiful two-story single home recently renovated. We have 6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom, loft, living, family and dining rooms, additional living space featuring a large pool and spa, outdoor table and chairs with optional Grill in the highly desired gated community of Solterra resort.
The home is within walking distance of the Clubhouse, a 5,600-square-foot space that features a beach-entry swimming pool with a water slide, a lazy river, poolside cabanas, tennis courts, a gym, a children's playground, and the Cafe Sol Bar & Grill.

A $37 fee is required (and payable locally) to use these facilities.

Our enclosed pool and spa are surrounded by bushes and palm trees, ideal for privacy and relaxing after a day at the attractions. The home has stainless appliances, large granite counters, and a tile backsplash in the open-plan kitchen overlooking the family room. It is decorated in an elegant and modern style. The driveway for 4 large vehicles is convenient and avoids the discomfort of parking away from home.

Stylish furnished, air-conditioned (one for each floor) and fully equipped with WiFi internet, 8 smart TVs.

Family Room: Overlooking the pool and spa, the room has a comfortable sofa and chair, rug, occasional tables, and lamps. It is the perfect place to relax while enjoying the entertainment center. It features a new 4K 65" Smart TV.

Large Living Room integrated with the Game Room: great place to entertain all ages with a new Prince official ping-pong table, a foosball table for kids, comfortable sofa, chair, stand tables, and rug. All in the comfort of the AC on the front side of the house.

Kitchen: The beautiful, well-equipped kitchen comprises a large granite countertop, granite island, 60/40 sink, waste disposal, and pantry.

Dining Room: This beautiful and spacious dining room is just off the kitchen and contains a table with seating for 8 people.

Loft Room: Located on the second floor, overlooking the charming balcony with a new set of two rocking chairs and a table. Another comfortable place to enjoy the new 4K 58" Smart TV to satisfy all guests. Next to the loft, there are two oversized chairs, a table, and a lamp.

Laundry Room: This separate room is conveniently situated on the second floor, New Maytag washing machine, New Maytag dryer, iron, and board.

Pool: beautiful large pool and raised jacuzzi spa (heating optional - additional fees apply). The external area is fully screened and has a safety fence for children around the pool. It has a table with 8 chairs, 4 adjustable chairs, 2 small tables, and a Weber 3 burning gas BBQ grill (optional - additional fees apply). This screened area offers shelter from the sun and boasts an outdoor fan.

First-floor Bedroom: great room with a King size bed and large closet. It is just next to a full bathroom with access to the pool area.

The half bath is well located between the front living and the family room on the first floor.

Second floor: All new vinyl floor providing a sense of natural wood and cleanness.

Master Suite: An oversized room that has been furnished well with a home office table, HP 23" monitor, and office chair. The large King-size bed has a quality mattress and superior linen, and a 40" Smart TV. En suite bathroom with walk-in shower, corner bathtub for 2, 2 individual sinks, WC, hairdryer, and walk-in his and hers closet.

Bedrooms 3 (Queen size, Smart TV and closet) and Bedroom 4 (2 twins, Smart TV, and closet) are located next to each other and separated from the rest of the second floor with an exclusive corridor giving nice privacy ending with a full bathroom, Double Sink, WC, hairdryer.

Bedroom 5 and 6: Each room with 2 twin beds, Smart TVs, and closet.

Bathroom 4: Services bedrooms 5 and 6. Double Sink, bath with integral shower and WC.

Please note:

Parking: There is room for four standard vehicles on the Driveway only (No Large Trucks, SUVs, Mini Bus or Commercial Vehicles), there is no on street parking allowed at any of our homes.

* Pool heat can be added to your booking. It will cost $35 per night

* The use of the BBQ grill is $100 per visit, this includes your first bottle of gas

* Pet fee is $125 per visit, per pet+ $500 refundable deposit – Max. 2 pets

Whilst staying at the Solterra Resort you will no doubt be eating out most nights. The closest place would be Champions Gate village which has a selection of shops, gas stations, pharmacies and restaurants. DIRECTION TO SOLTERRA RESORT ORLANDO

More than likely you will be driving to Solterra Resort via Interstate 4 so below are the very simple directions from Interstate 4. We have also added driving direction from Orlando International Airport, Sandford and Tampa airports so you won't get lost after a long flight.

East Bound: Take I-4 Exit 55 and go south on Highway 27. Turn right on Heller Brothers Blvd. Then right on Ernie Caldwell Blvd. Then left on Pine Tree Trail. Solterra Resort will be on the right.

West Bound: Take Exit 58 at Champions Gate. Go right on Champions Gate Blvd. Turn Left on Ronald Reagan Parkway and then right on Pine Tree Trail. Solterra Resort will be on the left.

SOLTERRA RESORT NEARBY SHOPS

The Solterra Resort is located just off HWY54 in Davenport and is close to Champions Gate, Posner Park and Reunion. Each of these areas has shops, supermarkets and restaurants so you are never far from anything. For shopping head to Posner Park as this is the nearest shopping mall which also has a brand new cinema. Other nearby places include Celebration which has lots of restaurants and independent boutiques. Great place for lunch and a walk around the lake. You are also not far from HWY192 which is the main road that links Davenport to Kissimmee and has hundreds of shops, restaurants and other attractions.

GOLF COURSES NEAR SOLTERRA RESORT ORLANDO

There are lots of golf courses near the Solterra Resort but here are just a few that I would recommend. You can normally book on there personal websites or by calling the pro shops which is sometimes best if the weather is looking a bit unsettled. If you book online you can't normally cancel, but if call and book over the phone they don't normally ask for payment upfront. If the weather is looking good also check www.golfnow.com as they often have last minute Hot deals and you can get some very cheap rates.
