Pool heating or hot tub heating can be added as a paid service at forty dollars per night with a minimum seven night rental and 48 hours notice. A one time Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee is charged depending on guest count 1‑12 guests pay thirty five dollars for resort access card 13+ guests pay forty five dollars. Up to five cars allowed inside the resort. Check in at 4 pm check out by 10 am. Small toiletries soap toilet paper trash bags dish detergent paper towels are provided. Private cleaning prior to arrival. Additional cleaning during stay may be requested for extra fee. Open food cannot be left in property per Florida law. Daily trash pickup. Late checkout smoking pet fees and damage charges apply.
