• For food safety reasons, we do not provide salt, pepper, sugar, or spices
Additional Services (extra fee):
• Pool Heat: $35/day (request 3 days before arrival, charged for entire stay)
• Grill Rental: 3-Burner $85/week, 4-Burner $105/week (request 1 week before arrival; oil pan required)
Check-In/Out
• Check-In: 4:00 PM (no early check-in during busy season)
• Check-Out: 10:00 AM (no late check-out; resort amenities may still be used until departure)
Property Amenities
• Linens & bathroom towels (bring your own for pool/beach use)
• Starter supplies: trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels (guests may need to restock)
• Convenience store nearby for essentials
Security
Exterior cameras are installed for safety: doorbell (front driveway) and pool pump area. Cameras are motion-activated, not monitored live, and strictly for security/liability purposes. Tampering with cameras may result in eviction without refund.
