The house was perfect and exactly how described. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Check in at the gate was a little chaotic and long with all the traffic backed up, but that would be our only complaint.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and the home is beautifully decorated with plenty of space for a large family. We rented it because it had nine beds, making it a great fit for our children and grandchildren.Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the home was disappointing. We arrived one day early to prepare for our family, and at around 11:00 p.m., when we were getting ready for bed, we discovered that the sheets in the downstairs bedroom appeared not to have been washed. There were numerous hairs on the sheets, and because we were unsure about the rest of the bedding and it was so late, I ended up stripping all of the beds and washing every set of sheets, along with the blankets and comforters, so everything would be clean before our family arrived the next day.I immediately contacted the property manager. The following day, I also reported that the pool was not circulating properly and was dirty, and the patio had weeds and grass growing between the pavers. The management company offered to send clean linens, but by then I had already washed all of the bedding myself. In addition, one of the guest bathroom showers had significant soap scum buildup, and we had to clean it before using it.The home itself is beautiful and has great potential, but the cleanliness and maintenance did not meet the standard we expected for a vacation rental. I did take photos to document the issues.For those reasons, I’m giving this property 3 out of 5 stars. With better attention to cleaning.
