A few things...

The bedspread had a visible brown mark in it, and it was never changed out, I was there for 4 nights. I just switched to the other bed. The elevator was very slow.

We were really disappointed with our recent stay. We had specifically booked a room with a king bed, but when we arrived, the front desk told us there was an "issue" and that they didn’t have any king rooms available. Instead of offering a genuine apology or a reasonable solution, the staff member told us they’d “upgrade” us to a room with two double beds at no extra charge. This wasn’t a favor—they were giving us something less than what we paid for and acting like they were doing us a kindness by not charging more. That rubbed us the wrong way. If anything, a discount or at least an actual apology would’ve been appropriate. To make things worse, the beds were smaller than queen size and super uncomfortable. Definitely not what we were expecting or promised when we booked. Poor customer service and no accountability. Won’t be staying here again.

They are still fixing parts of hotel, so watch for wet paint. The tile work looks like diy oops. Breakfast is less than basic cerial and bagels. But worst thing is the roachs and not dead ones live ones in laundry areas and elevators.

First and last time

Shower ceiling cracked, water leaked from shower during use. The constant sewer smell coming from the toilet, shower and sink drain were disturbing. The room appeared to be clean aside from the strains of hair found in the bed linen. It was an ok stay but not what I expected from a Hilton hotel.

Alot of restaurants u could drive to. Room was definitely clean but no drawers to put stuff out of sight. Also the breakfast sucked only cereal bagels some muffins yogurt and boiled eggs coffee and juice. I was expecting real breakfast. I would Stay there again especially if u have a car.
