Checks all the boxes

It's big, it has a pool and a hot tub, and can support a lot of people. Having stayed at a few of these types of rentals recently, it's as good as any of them when hosting a large group. It's in Champion's Gate, which is a community of zero lot line cookie-cutter homes, but that is exactly what we needed for our stay.The one thing I would recommend as a guest for improvement is that there are not as many cooking utensils that I have had as in other places. Some places would provide a full array of spices, crock pots, electric skillets, pots and pans and baking trays, but this was a little bit light on those options. We actually had one person bring a baking pan, which we left behind accidentally. It was not enough of an issue to keep it from being a 5 star stay, but something a guest would want to keep in mind if they plan on cooking, which we did.

Large House was ok

The pictures are not accurate to what was in the home. The couch was different, there was no rug under the couch, the were only 3 chairs at the counter top. The house did its job by accommodating my group, however, it needs updates. The carpeting was old and dirty. The bathrooms were dingy. The toilet upstairs didn't work. The pans in the kitchen were very old. On the positive side, it was close to Disney and the rooms were large. It had a crib and a high chair. And a brand new dishwasher.

Disappointing experience

Our stay at this vacation rental was disappointing. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a strong mold and mildew smell that lingered until we ran the AC fan constantly for 24 hrs. The cleanliness was unacceptable; the kitchen and common area walls were marked with food and spills, and caked-on dirt and hair were found in the corners throughout the home. To our dismay, we discovered food trash under one of the upstairs beds and a can of glitter spray stuck between the living room couch pillows.The upstairs carpet was so dirty that our socks stained, it clearly hadn’t been vacuumed before our arrival. The AC filter was dusty and moist, and there was mold on the ceiling vents and sliding glass door. The pool heater didn’t work until late on day two, which we had to troubleshoot ourselves. We were also informed that the previous guest had broken the box spring, forcing our adult guest to sleep on the couch until it was repaired the next day.While the host was responsive, there were frustrating delays in communication, and our concerns went unaddressed. I requested reimbursement for the pool heat fee for the two days we couldn't use it, but that was avoided and never resolved. Overall, this was our first disappointing experience after years of renting in the area. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the home layout matched the photos, but they didn’t reflect its poor condition. We also couldn’t locate the advertised resort amenities after searching for 25 minutes.

Fantastic place to stay

The house was so gorgeous. There were to many bedrooms!! We are already planning our next trip for next year to stay longer at the location if it’s possible
