Avoid at ALL cost!

Very simple. We stayed briefly on a trip to Disney/Universal. Generally, the place was in good repair (though missing blind slats, marks on walls, and minimal towels, soap, basic). Not a big deal. However .... after checking out, the property owner (Diego) did not return our deposit, claiming we were responsible for pen marks on the couch. The unit doesn't even HAVE a pen to mark with, and in no way were the marks our responsiblity. Upon repeated contact, no answer. Then through VRBO (I kid you not, 8 calls, and many hours on the phone), they simple can't handle bad property owners. I didn't get my deposit back and ended up charging it back through the credit card company. Never again incompetent buffoons! I don't write bad (or any) reviews for that matter .... this warranted an exception.
