Pros:- Community amenities are good. Multiple pools, lazy river, water slides, small movie theater, etc. Great for kids, although pricey for food and drinks.- Host usually responds quickly.- Good location with access to restaurants, grocery stores, etc.Cons:- At times, host was inappropriate, disrespectful and unprofessional in his messages.- The home itself had a LOT of issues, some of which posed physical danger, especially since we had kids. Summary list of issues: * Kids bunk beds had scratches, dents, and most concerning, cracks, including a large crack in one of the lower support beams and in the bed stairs * Living room couch had screws sticking out, dangerous to scratch or cut skin * Dining chairs covering was completely coming apart and shedding when we sat down * Bathrooms had broken porcelain soap holder, broken shower door, towel rack bar missing * Almost all furniture had significant amount of scratches and dents and some were loose/wobbly. * The central heat also didn't work for a number of hours and we visited in the winter, so not pleasant.Overall, the community may be stunning, but I would not recommend the home itself.
