Posted May 9, 2024 on HomeAwayHouse needs maintenance done to it, it was not what I would call clean. Several things broke and rigged back together. The property maintenance is poor. The pool was dirty at the bottom and no way to clean it out so we didn’t use it. Vrbo reviews and pics made this house look like a great clean place to stay and honestly I was disappointed.

I contacted my property management and the guests after your stay and they both said everything was clean and in good condition
If you had let me know about these things during your stay my maintenance team and cleaning company would of come round straight away to put everything right for you

Great stay in Kissimmee!
Posted Apr. 25, 2024 on HomeAwayThe house was quite large, which was a surprise! Lots of room as there were only four of us and a baby. The house was very clean. The beds were comfy. We had one small issue, but the owner rectified it immediately. Excellent communication with the owners as they get back to you very quickly. Kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed playing pool. The best part was the outdoor space. Really enjoyed watching all the wildlife. It is quite a sanctuary there. Plenty of birds, large turtles, otters and the alligators entertained us every day. We were happy to be screened in the lanai! There was no gas barbecue, but we purchased a very inexpensive propane BBQ from Walmart and then at the end of the week we sold it on marketplace! Easy, peasy. It is very difficult to find one for rent for the week.

Work Trip & Relax
Posted Apr. 18, 2024 on HomeAwayWe were in Orlando for a work trip...we booked this house to be in a nice neighborhood with a great view. Everything was perfect. The hosts were awesome and the property was as advertised. Great little neighborhood as well.

Posted Apr. 12, 2024 on HomeAwayProperty as described and pictured. Lots of space and pool/lake was beautiful. Close to universal and sea world without going on I4, which was a plus. Also close to Publix. We enjoyed walking our dog in the neighborhood with lots of grass and sidewalks.
Pool could use some handrails. Hot water was really hot in showers.

Beautiful home, escape from reality
Posted Apr. 5, 2024 on HomeAwayI loved everything about this property from the check in process to cleanliness to communication from the owners. I spent a bulk of my time in the back by the pool looking at the pond behind it. Just relaxing and peaceful. Quiet neighborhood, would love to come back!

Great location and house
Posted Jan. 11, 2024 on HomeAwayMy family and I spent Christmas on the property and it was great. The only issue I had was the pool heater that was not on and it took a while for them to turn it on so we could only enjoy it on the last day unfortunately. Besides that everything was great!

Regarding the pool heating,there was a particularly cold evening before your stay,when it reaches below a certain temperature it automatically turns the pool heater off so there is no damage to the heating system,unfortunately the guests before had not put the pool cover on at night to keep the temperature from the pool dipping so badly,as soon as we became aware we put the pool heater on for you free of charge thank you
