There are one King master suite and one double Queen bedroom on ground floor. On 2nd floor there are 2 king bedrooms, two queen bedrooms, 1 full/full bunk bedroom and 2 double twin bedrooms. Total 22 people can all sleep in beds!
The Kitchen is equipped with granite count tops and two family size double door stainless steel fridges along with all essential appliances. There are pull up bar seating in the kitchen beside 2x 8 seating dining tables and 2x6 seating patio tables.
A gas BBQ grill makes poolside living even easier. A ceiling fan circulates air, keeping the cool, and recessed lighting allows dining to go late into the night with
several lounge chairs surrounding the sparkling heated pool and hot SPA.
The pool faces east, which ensures plenty of sun exposure in the morning and avoid hot sun in the afternoon with the full width lanai providing a shady retreat from the sun when required. A full width child safety fence is installed in front of the pool and the whole outside area is under an accessible full width pool screen enclosure.
A well-trained dog under 50 pound is welcome with additional fee and deposit.
