After a day full of adventure, come back and unwind in this one-of-a-kind, custom-designed condo. Conveniently near the building entrance, this corner unit is on the 3 floor and the first one off the elevator, making it easy on your feet after a long day. Prefer the stairs? This unit also has direct access for added flexibility.

Every inch of this condo is custom themed around the world of Super Mario. From handcrafted furniture to carefully curated decor, the entire space is designed to immerse you in the nostalgic magic of Nintendo. The gaming setup features SNES, Nintendo 64, GameCube, and Switch consoles—each fully equipped with three popular games and controllers. The system is always ready to play, and I personally inspect and restock everything after each guest’s stay to ensure a consistent and high-quality experience.

The bedrooms continue the Super Mario magic, with a custom Mario & Luigi room featuring a king-size bed, a Yoshi room with a full-size bed and an upper twin bunk, and a Bowser room with another king-size bed. In the hallway you will find a Mario Galaxy theme as an introduction to the worlds (rooms) you will be entering.

The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. You’ll also find cookware, utensils, a can opener, and your very own Ninja air fryer to make meals easy and enjoyable. The entire unit has beautiful wood-style laminate and tile flooring—no carpet anywhere.

For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located right inside the unit, so feel free to refresh your clothes anytime. For safety and peace of mind, there is one Ring camera located at the front door, used only for your security and mine.

"Super Mario Condo" is located in the highly sought-after Vista Cay Resort community, just a short walk to the exciting new Epic Universe theme park. Universal Studios is only 4 miles away, and Walt Disney World is just 9 miles from your doorstep. Whether you're here to explore the parks or dive into a world of gaming nostalgia, this condo offers a truly unforgettable stay.

Overall the condo was great. The decor was amazing. The location was perfect and we were easily able to walk to Publix and the UPS store to ship souvenirs back. Very quiet. Very well maintained. My complaint was more towards the communication of the host. We didn’t get the gate code until the day AFTER we checked in, hours after I asked for it. So uber couldn’t pick us up. We couldn’t figure out how to leave the area. We were locked in until someone finally came in and we ran out of the gate. I was panicked and charged for cancelled Ubers since they couldn’t get in and we couldn’t get out. None of the outlets in the Mario Luigi room worked so I couldn’t use my CPAP machine to sleep. I messaged host about this and never received a resolution. So I was super tired the whole time due to not sleeping. I think next time we will stay at a hotel so we do not have these issues.

Short weekend stay

We stayed at this property for 2 nights. The kids absolutely loved the design! You could tell a lot of attention to detail went into decorating this condo. The consoles were super convenient to have, especially on the rain days. Our kids absolutely loved it! Vista Cay is a really nice community and has pool, gym and amenities for everybody to enjoy. Any small issues we had were immediately addressed by the owner. He is very responsive and communicative.

Best Themed Trip Ever!

My family and I have had the unique pleasure of staying at this location with this host twice. Once before renovation and this trip, after the Super Mario upgrades. Vic is an amazing host! The property both before and after renovation is worth every penny! We planned an Epic Universe surprise trip for our son's graduation and this unit played right into the surprise. Vic has looked at every detail and thought of so many creative ways to incorporate the Mario theme into the entire condo. I cannot say enough about the creativity and comfort of the unit. Beds are all super comfortable, kitchen is well stocked, and the parks are all right around the corner. The imagination of the unit was incredible. 10 out of 10 would recommend again and again. We absolutely plan on staying again and would definitely recommend to any Mario enthusiast! Vic, thank you.

Checkin was late ,had to sit in the hall till service was completed,which was close to 5.No baking pans,no oven casserole pans , and no pot holders!Not one roll of paper towels to get us started,smoke detector in living room had no batteries in it and mold on ceiling in the master bath.

Great location and central to it all

Overall great experience. The place is well kept and we’ve stayed at other places in the same complex and this seemed to be more spacious and a better lay-out than others. Only miss was the original email didn’t give us the gate code and we were all tired of the drive (from Tampa to Orlando). The host was quick to respond, but that really should have been part of the original email. Otherwise a great experience.

Wonderful stay

My daughters and I were there for volleyball nationals at the convention center, perfect location for that! Quick back roads drive, less than 5 minutes! Condo was spotless! AC worked great, very important for Florida end of June! The resort was very pretty. Lots of families. And thank you to the host who responded literally within seconds when I couldn’t find my email with the gate code! Highly recommend! All around a perfect 5 days!

This apartment is great. The only issues we had is the chairs in the dining area are tired mismatched and wobbly and no coasters anywhere which I didn’t like as water from sides of glasses got all over the place. Great new appliances in the kitchen. I’m in a wheelchair but could get around the property with little issues. Would stay again

Home away from home

Allowed us to check-in early (husband is disabled and we drove for 20+ hrs). The place was clean, owner was easy to be in contact with. Although not avertised as handicap accessible, we were able to get wheelchair in all rooms, was able to put shower chair in shower. We will be back. Thank you

The property was exactly as pictured. The unit was very clean and extremely well stocked. Everything we needed was provided in the unit. The accommodation layout is light, airy and spacious throughout, ideal for a family holiday. Universal and Sea World parks are within easy reach, approx 10 - 20 mins by car. The complex amenities, food outlets and local supermarket are within walking distance. Would definatley stay at this unit again.

This was our second time staying at Earthy Oasis - we continue to return to this property because Vic is a great host who does a great job of communicating. The property is centrally located, close to supermarkets & restaurants, and the facilities on the property are well-maintained. The condo itself is clean, and has everything we needed for our stay.

Great stay while attending conference!

We stayed while attending a conference here in Orlando and were very happy with the property! Very spacious and conveniently located to Publix and dining, as well as just a short ride to the conference center. Gorgeous condo!

This is a beautifully appointed condo, with an excellent location, across from the smaller pool. Parking was right outside our door and plentiful. Elevator just down the hall helped with move-in/move-out.
