The hotel could use some updating. Our bathroom exhaust fan didn't work, the electrical sockets by our beds didnt either. The bed was lumpy and dipped in the middle. It was a quiet hotel which I appreciated because I am a light sleeper. The front staff was very nice and helpful when I asked questions. I give 5 stars to Shaban in the dining room. He is very pleasant, professional and efficient.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was genuinely impressed by the staff. Everyone was incredibly accommodating and friendly, always going the extra mile to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Their excellent service really stood out and made a big difference. While the hotel itself is a bit dated and could use some updates, it’s important to note that for the price, it’s a great value. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly option with outstanding service, this is definitely worth considering.

They a nice salon for breakfast. Food was really good and their workers very nice and humble. The place was nice and peaceful and they had snacks to buy like coke and chocolate. The only thing we didn't like is that we called early in the week for room service, so they could clean our room, they never went. A day Before checkout I bought some cleaning surface products and trash-bag and I cleaned the room. I know it wasn't my place but we couldn't leave with the room full of bottles and other trash stuff.

Honest review of the hotel is that I liked it’s proximity to local attractions. It was within 15 minutes of most major parks such as Seaworld and Universal Studios. The price was very reasonable, the room had a good amount of amenities, such as a hairdryer, small fridge, microwave, etc. Free breakfast was good (not a buffet) and the staff was friendly. The things I didn’t like the condition wasn’t great, was an older hotel that was remodeled at some point but not great work (room number was written in marker), questionable shower water pressure and Wi-Fi was poor.

The property was clean, easily accessible, and staff very friendly. It was quiet and not a lot of people. I’ve stayed in many that had kids being loud or running in halls in Orlando and not at this property.

Should be condemned. When I pulled up the gate to the property was ripped off hinges. The property was flooded. I tried to check in and no one was to be found. I reached out to Hotels.com and they basically told me that there was nothing they could do. The pictures on the hotels "advertising" was misrepresented.

Older property is has great potential to be a wonderful resort if they were to renovate the rooms and the hotel. It’s in a great location next to the FL Mall and all the theme parks. The bed was too firm to sleep on but the suites are very spacious, breakfast is cooked to order and good. So much potential but the property manager needs to renovate the entire building!

We were relieved to meet Gina at the front desk. She was so kind and helpful. A breath of fresh air after our horrible experience with the airline. i.e. messed up check-in app, very understaffed and rude assistance causing us, and half the pre-booked passengers, to miss our flight to Punta Cana, thus having to pay much more for a room and transportation... simply to fly out the following day (wee hours of the morning). The taxi drivers at the airport didn't seem to want to work or help either... so Gina was an angel in our time of need when we were so tired and frustrated. The assigned room was in the Aparthotel building on the same property. It was recently renoated and very clean with everything we needed. 2 gyms, and billard/ eating area. Very comfortable beds with feather pillows. Sooooo nice! We didn't want to leave the room. The only recomendation, I have is to add signage that check-in is in the lobby of large 6 story building (around the corner). This is especially important since the 1 level Aparthotel the taxi dropped us off, has the same address as the 6 story building that has the check-in lobby. Some nice entry potted plants could help make the ApartHotel exterior more inviting and would better match the nice fresh and clean interior.

Stayed 9 nights and I really enjoyed my stay. The room was great, very clean with good towels and bedding. Gina at the front desk was awesome. They provide a great breakfast and Shaban gave great service in the dining room. I highly recommend this hotel and all of the staff that I met were amazing and go out of their way to take care of the guests needs. Thank you for a great stay.

This hotel is a nightmare. The stench hits you like a wall of rotting garbage and barnyard muck. The front desk staff were rude, rolling their eyes and snapping at me for no reason. The room was filthy—stained sheets, grimy bathroom, and a sink full of black gunk. The whole property is falling apart, with squishy carpets and flickering lights. Customer service? Zero. They hung up when I complained about the smell and laughed when I asked for a refund. This place is a dirty, smelly horse stable masquerading as a hotel. Stay away!

Amazing place: Check in was smooth and the best thing I love about this place: housekeeping doesn't bother you. Great breakfast. Just an idea: place a full body mirror in the bedroom. The decorations in the lobby, ALL over The View is Superb.
