The hotel could use some updating. Our bathroom exhaust fan didn't work, the electrical sockets by our beds didnt either. The bed was lumpy and dipped in the middle. It was a quiet hotel which I appreciated because I am a light sleeper. The front staff was very nice and helpful when I asked questions. I give 5 stars to Shaban in the dining room. He is very pleasant, professional and efficient.

I love this hotel. Its very convenient for me while im working through the week. Ms.Tina at the front desk is very nice and helpful. She and Ms Yahaira makes sure Im good. Breakfast is freshly cooked and free!!!! Rooms are always clean and fully stocked. I will be back!!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Building was older but room was clean. Myself and my wife found the bed to be hard but the other couple was fine with their bed. We rented a suite which was very spacious. The breakfast was awesome and servers were very friendly. You ordered from a menu and meal was bought to you, not a buffet which was fine. Overall a good stay. 👍

The suite was very nice we had the 7th floor. The bathroom needed some polishing of the shower faucets badly. The beds were very comfortable. Be aware if the blinds are not closed when the sun is out it will get hot in the rooms. Breakfast is free and adequate but wish they had some yogurt to go with the fruit. The gentleman waiter was very accommodating. The was a few times that we smelled pot in the hallways after coming off the elevators. Which was reported. Yes it's possible they had a medical card. FYI the elevators are very slow. The lobby was very nice. There was an area to walk your dog outside and also provided the bags to clean up after. The employees at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. We didn't ask for room service since our stay was 2 nights. Yes we would definitely stay again.

I got this mostly for the free breakfast. But I totally didn’t get full. So that kinda sucked. But it was good :) coffee was decent. Oj tasted a little funny. Could be the Florida water. Apple juice was good. I wouldn’t say there was a “view” really. I mean there was but it wasn’t anything I’d wanna look at. That doesn’t change my opinion of the place tho. There was a microwave, a fridge a coffee maker and a blow dryer. I saw so many complaints about not having a coffee maker nor blow dryer. Theres two doors so just know that. It kinda creeped me out a little bit. I had to make sure it was locked from the outside. And it was. The beds were comfy! I had no issues with that. But the pillows weren’t fluffy enough for my liking. Also they were soooo squeaky!! Me and my mom shared the room with two separate beds. We sleep with ear plugs and we both could hear each other when we would roll over. And honestly the biggest complaint I have is WHERE IS THE CONDITIONER!!!!!!!! They have shampoo/conditioner in one and body wash. That might be ok for a guy but that’s just not gonna work on a woman’s hair! Oh and in case you were wondering, there is a tv in the bedroom and the living room. You can’t tell by some of the pics. We had a double room. Also our room didn’t have that key entry that some reviews were complaining about. Oh and the ice machine only worked on like the 5th floor or something like that. I think I was on the 6th. But no big deal for me cuz we actually got ice!!!!

I had a wonderful experience at this accommodation. It offers an excellent price for a fantastic room with a spacious bedroom, a living room, and a kitchen. The location is also convenient, close to SeaWorld, Universal Studios, and the USTA National Campus. I highly recommend it for anyone planning a family event or trip.
