1. Didn’t provide access code for property 2. Poor communication between a hired company( middle man) and host 3. Waited for hours to get into the property 4. The property was left dirty by previous customers and was not ready for us to enjoy 5. No codes for WiFi or instructions for garage doors or use of other amenities
Stayed 1 night in May 2025
