Fantastic Florida Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was beautiful and everything we needed was there to make our stay extremely comfortable. We would definitely consider this location again. It was steps from the pool and close to Universal and Disney. Great condo in a great location, and Brandon was only a phone call away for any questions.

It was my first time booking on VRBO and this place exceeded my wife and I expectations. It is tastefully furnished and decorated. Plenty of room for a family to spread out and a pool is right next to the building. Very clean!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The quality of the décor, finishes, and views in this home set it apart from most other rentals in the Kissimmee area. It is located on a lovely golf course. The salt water pool just steps out the back door is FANTASTIC.It is located within the Reunion resort, which is enormous. Depending on where you are going, you could drive several minutes just to get out of the resort itself. The good news is that the traffic is light in this area. It avoids most of the Disney traffic and the craziness on Irlo Bronson, while it is still conveniently close to Disney.We recommend staying here, and would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay

First of all their pictures do not do this place justice. It's beautifully decorated. It's location is wonderful absolutely beautiful sunsets and we could see fireworks in the distance from the balcony! The owner is great and answers quickly.The place is very safe as its gated in with security but knowing that the owner has a ring camera (outside) made me as a single mom traveling with her young son much more safe. This place is more space than my son and I needed (3 bedrooms, 5 beds) however when I'm looking I'm looking for a place to stay I'm looking for safety, cleanliness and proximity to where we're going (in this case Disney) place is perfect! We loved that they have board games to play, the world map on the wall, and of course the community's 2 playgrounds and multiple pools. We hope to stay again!

Overall we wanted to give a 5-star rating because it was very clean, communication was great and master bed was perfect. However, there were things that should be noted: there was no dustpan or vaccuum which prevented us from cleaning during our stay which being there about 10 days was annoying. The absence of dish towels and hand towels was also inconvenient. The elevator wasn't working and being on the third floor could cause an issue for some. Proximity to pool was fantastic, parking was easy, and rooms were very spacious. There was no dining table only the counter seating which was fine for the two of us but there is room for one and I'd think a family would want that. The biggest deal was that it was 87 degrees when we checked in, took hours to cool so the first night was not great, we would expect if guests are coming on it would be ready for us.

When you first walked in the unit looked nice, but there were many hidden flaws about this rental. The shower in the master bathroom would start out hot and then turn to ice cold in five minutes. A technician came out three different times to adjust the gas hot water heater that kept shutting down because it was being overheated three weeks after we got there we saw that the closet the hot water heater was in was never vented. Reunion Security came out called the fire department. We were evacuated because it kept shutting down because it was not vented outside we were inhaling carbon monoxide poisoning for three weeks. The gas company shut down the gas in our unit and we did not have hot water for almost 2 days but the worst being we could’ve died when the host was told about this information he offered us 500 for our inconvenience. We called Vrbo and explained everything with pictures and documentation that the gas company gave us saying it was unsafe to be in that unit. The supervisor at VRBO that we talked to, Mr Munendra sent us an email offering 250 which we countered asking for at least 500 which is what the host was offering us he never text us back. He never gave us a 250 and we texted him three different times very unprofessional on VRBO’s part. The gas problem with the hot water heater was obviously the most serious part of our stay, but the dryer never worked for more than 10 minutes at a time. The pipe underneath the kitchen sink broke 3 times flooding the kitch
