This is the perfect place to rest after a long day at the parks or convention center. You can start your day with coffee on the balcony and finish it with a meal at the formal dining room table. It is spacious and comfy with a king, queen, 2 full beds and a sleeper sofa. Each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan.

Super easy property to get to and travel to the theme parks. Extremely close to the new Epic Universe as well. We took Uber/Lift to the parks each day and pickup and drop off was very convenient. The property was clean and spacious. Was great having 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms so we had privacy when it was needed. Well priced and the property managers were extremely quick to respond to email questions. Also check out was simple and didn't require a ton of work.

Vista Cay condo

Vista Cay has a great pool area and is easy to get around the resort. Check in was smooth. Condo unit was mostly as pictured. Could use some updates. A/C unit set at 72 and we needed to contact property manager to lower it further.. finally was able to on day 3.

Overall Great Stay

Property was great location for proximity to Orange County Convention Center. Clean upon arrival. Host was easily available. A few minor issues that didn’t affect our stay. Kitchen faucet needed repair and living room window was dripping water inside during rain storm - so we had to place towels on the floor. Nice pool area and bar for relaxing. Good location to attractions throughout Orlando.

Great Stay Near the Parks

Great location near Sea World and Universal. Comfy beds, very clean condo. Five to ten minute walk to 2 pools at nearby complex or you can take shuttle or just drive over - very convenient. Nice large unit that is well stocked with kitchen utensils/dishes, etc. for large family. Couch is a little worn but other than that a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The only additional ingo i would have like to have seen on the listing itself is that the thermostat is locked where you can not go below 70. That would gave been good to know before renting and may have made a difference in my decision to stay

We loved the location, close to Universal attractions and within walking distance of Publix and Walgreens. The place was clean and exactly as advertised. We would love to stay again next time we were in Orlando!

The unit was clean, plenty of space for the 4 of us. It is close to the pool and clubhouse. We were there for an event at the Convention Center and would have been a good walk (a little over half a mile), but just too hot! The starter kitchen pack was a nice touch. Very clean, well taken care of.

It was nice

It was nice! The space was clean and had basic kitchen tools that we were able to use. The only downfall was the dryer was really really loud. Sounded like a dying cat. Maybe it just needs to be serviced. Wouldn’t stop me from staying here again though. We would dry our stuff while we were at the pool.

Overall our stay was great. We’ve stayed at Vista Cay many times at different rentals so we already love the resort. Rental was as described/shown in photos. They have everything you will need while staying there. Would definitely stay there again. One suggestion would be to fix the carpet threshold between the living room and master bedroom. If you step just right you get poked by the tack strip. Otherwise no other complaints.
