Staff including Carlos was amazing. Super friendly. Breakfast is a steal! Convenient parking, great pool, Flamingo Bar is great. Can’t say enough good things about this property. If you are looking for a long atay and visiting the parks, this is a no brainer.

Ignacio from Colombia at the front desk was very kind and professional, he went above and beyond and in my opinion he deserves a raise for his excellent customer service. My family and I enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was great and the room was very clean and comfortable. We loved the Mickey waffles. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Disney.

Very good service. Convenient location. Had a problem with hot water, but attentive staff to repairing it quickly. Nice pool area. Quiet guests even though a lot of your people from Disney housing across road. All polite. Only negative is the parking situation. Just bill my room. Don’t make me pay for parking online.

Nice property. Bed was great (we like a firmer mattress). Warm breakfast in the morning was a great perk. Close to Disney. There's a mall across the street that's really nice. Target, Walgreens, food options. Parking is extra which can kinda stink when lots pretty empty but it is what it is.

Do not stay at the hotel if you are going to rely on the shuttle service to Disney parks. There is 18 seats per bus between two hotels and runs at very inconvenient times of the day. For example, the only morning bus to Hollywood Studios leaves at 11:15 and the return bus is 5:45. Very poor service. We have spent over $250 on Ubers to Disney parks. One night it took it us 1 hour and 40 minutes to get back from the magic kingdom. When we told a staff member about this he started smirking and was finding our situation funny. We also had dirty towels most days that had unknown stains on them. We also had to move rooms on the first night due to the bed having hairs in it. The breakfast was very good however. Overall, we would not recommend staying at this hotel due to the poor bus service and poor cleanliness of the hotel. The only good thing was the breakfast.

This hotel is close to Disney parks in Orlando and includes swimming pool/jacuzzi in the property, which my kids loved! The breakfast was great as well!! :)

HOT

Once we checked in and went to our room it was HOT! I'm from FL and I knew right away the Ac wasn't working. Not that it was just hot outside like the manager tried saying. We asked if someone could come look at it 2 hours I had to call them and ask for a new room. He came up and we went to 6 rooms on that floor and he said that he's sorry he's afraid this would happen because they have issues with the units keeping up. We went to a different floor and looked at 3 rooms up there and settled for one. When we got back that night it was so HOT the manager said the AC shuts off when nobody is in there or no movement. As we were sleeping it shut off again. Went to Disney came back yes you guessed it hot again. It took an hour to kinda cool off never got cold. As we were sleeping it shut off again we woke up sweating. Spoke to the manager as we were leaving and they said they can't refund a night because we booked through a 3rd party. Then said he would email us a free night but never got that although I dont think I would ever stay here again.

The staff were excellent, very friendly. The room was nice, a bit small, but for mostly only sleeping in, it was nice. The beds were very hard, wish they were softer and wish they had cotton pillows, I had to go buy my own pillows. The breakfast got very boring after a few days, we stayed for 2 weeks, wish they changed breakfast items daily. We would stay here again.
