This beautifully kept condo sits on the 2nd floor, facing the lake, near the Trade Winds Restaurant and Beach on Old Lake Davenport! Equipped with private, screened balconies, a full kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, this should be your headquarters for your next trip! Wall-mounted TVs in every room, Smart TVs to easily bring your favorite streaming services with you. WiFi provided throughout the unit, resort and common areas! EV Charging Station available near the clubhouse! There is a Tesla Level 2 charger as well as another J1772 charger.
