gives it its irresistible character. All town-homes
are dispersed into small old-world villages. Each
with walking paths, white picket fences and
intimate gardens frame the elegant community.

Lovely 3 bedroom 2 bathroom two story townhome
which sleeps up to 6 guests, also has internet connection,
full cable and free phone calling to all of the US and Canada.
Our home is furnished with high quality furnishings. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom, second guest bedroom has a queen size bed and the third guest bedroom has two single beds for the kids. All our rooms have tvs with full cable tv. We choose our lovely furnishings out to make all our guest feel special.

It was a very nice stay

It was great walking the grounds and swimming in the pool that was a short walk. The neighbors were nice and the condo had everything I needed. Patti is great she took her time to help me how to do the whole process.

Bad smell in the house, bathroom door lock not working

I would not book through VRBO again..listed property lacks some of the basic things. 1. Bathroom door lock was not working and property manager knew about it..shocked to see they rented property in such situation 2. Bad odor inside the property 3. Car sticker check every time enetering into the property which is a pain with long lanes

Lovely

I really enjoyed staying at this property. I worked remotely from this property and took breaks by the pool and would walk the grounds of the community after work. All the people, especially the owner of this property were nice, helpful, and accommodating. I will definitely rent this condo in the future.

Great place and amenities

Would stay here again. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cookware and plates, cups etc. Same with towels and bedding. We ran out of toilet paper, the only negative, but there’s a Walmart nearby. Pool was great and is located right across the street. (Hot tub broke second day I was there and wasn’t fixed before I left. It happens)

I’ve stayed at a bunch of VRBO’s and this place completely blew away my expectations. Very nice place with everything you need and then some. Close to a Walmart and only about 20min from Disney. Don’t hesitate to book this spot. You won’t regret it.

Clean clean clean

Let me start by saying, this unit smelled super clean. There was plenty of linen, towels, and cookware. The only thing missing is as a baking sheet. But if you really want to bake, Dollar Tree isn’t far away. Check-in was smooth once we got in the gate. We didn’t realize there was a second entrance for residents so there was a little confusion. The actual unit address takes you to the back gate (which the unit is closer to). Make sure if you are using GPS, you use “Venetian Bay Villages” as your destination NOT the physical address, unless your familiar with the area. Patti was very helpful and responsive through the entire process. This unit is not pet friendly but Patti does have other pet friendly properties. We plan to book again when we return with the children and dog in one of her other units.

Property review

Overall the stay was very good. Only confusion was when the listing said pets permitted, which was key to picking this property. However, when the community Restrictions were communicated it said “no dogs allowed”. When I asked for clarification, I was advised that “only dogs under 20 pounds are allowed“. This should Be clarified in your communications about the property. Our dog was only 8 pounds, so it turned out not to be a problem. There were several residents with dogs in the community, and all the people were very friendly. Thanks Dan killi
