Vacation Vista is everything you want in a vacation rental. This luxury townhome has all the bells and whistles to make your vacation a true paradise.

Recently, the entire interior and exterior of the house was painted and brand-new furnishings throughout.

Also an attached one-car garage included and located across the street from extra parking, there is plenty of room for everyone and parking for multiple vehicles.

The spacious living area boasts brand-new, high-end, comfortable furniture and a 52-inch LED TV with a DVD player. Walk out onto the balcony to enjoy the Florida sun. The dining room is next to the living room in an open floor plan, and hosts a lovely new dining table that seats six.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with newer appliances in addition to a brand-new washer and dryer. This lovely and spacious kitchen has everything you need to prepare any food and drink you desire and a kitchen set that seats 4 people. A half bath is located on the main level for your convenience.

The master bedroom holds a comfortable king bed with a 32-inch LCD TV and the second bedroom on the top level has two double beds also with it's own 32-inch LCD TV. The lowest level holds the third bedroom which has a queen bed and a 32-inch TV and DVD player. This bedroom also has private access to a furnished patio, perfect for appetizers and drinks. All bedrooms have their own adjoining private baths, so everyone can enjoy privacy and have plenty of space.

The living area also holds a queen sofa sleeper, allowing Vacation Vista to sleep up to 10 guests.

The townhome was perfect for our family and visit to the Universal parks. In fact, you can walk to Epic from here. We did. Lots of space to relax. Everyone had thier own room and full bath! This was a huge hit with our 2 adult children.

Awesome hosts, excellent amenities, gated secure quiet community, plenty of parking with a small garage! The layout and rooms were perfectly as photographed. So clean and comfortable for our family with the downstairs bedroom and bath for privacy. It is 3 stories with the open living area on 2nd floor with half bath. Soooo nice! We really enjoyed our stay and lacked for nothing.

Great Unit

The unit has lots of space, was super clean, and met all of our needs. It is great if you are attending an event in the North/South convention center halls as it is walking distance which allows you to save the money on parking. The access to the property was super easy using a 6 digit code to unlock the door.

My favorite Vista Cay property

I have stayed at several Vista Cay properties over the years, and this is my favorite. The little items provided in the unit were a step above other Vista Cay properties. The Cleanliness rating had more to do with the company that manages it, not with the unit itself. This unit was quieter than others we have stayed in closer to the main street.

Perfect location

We were in town for a competition and the location couldn't have been more perfect. The home had ample space, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. It felt so welcoming when we arrived, the lights were on and smooth jazz playing in the house. It truly felt like home away from home. We would absolutely stay again.

Nice place

Place was great. The only disappointment was not being told the pool and bar was closed due to renovation. There is a second pool and bar but you have to walk a good distance and cross a street to get there so not very convenient. Other than that the place was nice. Not new but nice and fit our needs.

Overall a Pleasant Stay

Overall the stay was nice, the property was clean. Could use some help on the maintenance side of things though, lots of lights out and some issues with repairs needed, they didn’t affect our stay any, just little things that make a difference. The location was great for our trips to SeaWorld, it will be right out the goat of the new Epic Universe, so traffic might be an issue starting 2026!! Beds were not the most comfortable, think of a budget hotel bed. Pool area was nice, large with an additional toddle pool for the younger kid's.

Vista Cay Resort

Nice property! Cleaner than most. Had an issue with a leaking freezer but it was fixed promptly. Property manager was super responsive and helpful. Had to buy dish rags/towels but otherwise the place had decent kitchen supplies. The place could use addtl towel bars/hooks and a desk/chair would have been useful. Had a great time! Would stay again!
