Enter this resort style community and drive onto your very own private driveway. Upon arrival, walk through the front door into your home away from home. The open concept living room is centered around an 85" 4K smart TV with PS5. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need. Whether you host a family reunion or grab something fast before the next adventure. This kitchen won't disappoint. There are two dining areas with enough space to seat 12 people.

Outside the wall of sliding glass doors is an enclosed south facing pool and spa for relaxation after a long day at the parks or a simple stay-at-home getaway.

Garage has been converted to a game room with commercial grade arcade games (unlimited free to play) and pool table.

Three bedrooms on the main level consist of two king master bedrooms with private en-suites and a Marvel themed room with a full and twin loft bed.

On the top level there is a princess themed room with a castle bunk bed for your little princesses plus a rollaway twin bed, and a queen bedroom with a full bathroom right outside the hallway.

Family vacation

We were a multi generational family of 9 and we truly enjoyed this rental home, particularly the proximity to all the parks. The configuration was well suited for our group. We enjoyed the pool as well as the water park located within the complex. Check in and check out were very easy and the instructions very clear. The only suggestions for future guests would be to purchase additional paper products, dish soap and dishwasher pods. I would also recommend that you bring your own toiletries as they were available in limited quantities. There are many restaurants and stores in the general vicinity and that was an extra convenience. We highly recommend this rental unit for your Disney family vacation.

This home was perfect for our Disney vacation! The weather was cooler but the kids were still able to swim due to the heated pool. The game room was perfect and provided a lot of excitement upon arrival. After coming back from a long day at the park, it was nice that everyone had their own space (room and bathroom). So close to all the parks made it there and home every night in about 15 min! Everything you need for cooking or preparing meals is there! Very quiet neighborhood and the guards were extremely helpful and friendly! This home was the cherry on top to a great vacation!

I was debating to give this a 2 or 3 star.I’m going to star off with the good; the game room was amazing and the kids really enjoyed it. The downstairs master bedroom bed was very comfortable, and the decor and painting was well kept. Now the reason I gave a 2-3 star review. Our 2nd to last night there, we found 1 live and 1 dead cockroach in the house which made me want to give a 2-star, I was horrified and completely grossed out by this. Throughout our stay several of us woke up with bug bites, but I am hoping that was from the parks even though we never noticed them when getting a shower at the end of the nights. The pool area is in need of a lot of maintenance, cleaning, and tlc. Bricks around the patio area were sunken in, moss(or algae some kind of green plantations) were growing in the hot tube, and all over the patio. Dirt and weeds were all over toward the back side of the pool area to the point that I would not walk over there with or without shoes. The hot tub heater did not work at first but Wendy was very kind and quick to send a maintenance man to fix it. The inside of the house looks clean at first glance but you find minimally cleaned once you settle in. We found a dirty bandage under the chair in the bedroom, dirty paper towels under the couch, stairs needing vacuuming etc. All furniture seemed cheap and uncomfortable except the main bed. Wendy was very nice, but the house and cleaning needs attention. I could write more but running out of space.

10 out of 10 experience! Definitely recommend this stay to everyone looking to visit Orlando. We stayed seven relaxing days. The house was fully equipped with anything and everything you would ever need for a vacation. House is close to parks and resort is super nice and well taken care of. Wendy, the host was very welcoming and informative with her excellent quick responses. Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

We had an incredible experience at this property! It was beautifully maintained and truly felt like a home away from home. The house was furnished with everything you could possibly need from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable beds and cozy common areas.One of the biggest hits for our family, aside from the pool of course was the arcade, our kids were obsessed! It kept them entertained for hours and was such a unique, fun touch.Access to the home was super easy, both checking in and out were seamless, and the location made everything convenient.We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free, fun, and relaxing getaway. A great stay at this home away from home

Myself and my family/friends enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous home. The cleanliness of the home was notable. The pool area was the perfect place for our family and children to relax and play. Our only recommendation would be to have an outside speaker for music (we did bring our own) and also a television. The owner was quick to respond when we ran into issues with the AC in the upstairs having it fixed within hours for us. The new arcade was such a great feature for our kids especially when it was raining. I would highly recommend this beautiful accommodation to anyone looking to relax or to be close to all amenities. Thank you so much, we hope to visit again in the not too distant future.

Fantastic Property For A Family Vacation

We had an incredible 12-day stay at this property! It was spacious enough for our family of four (2.5 and 1 year old) and provided enough extra (private) space for visiting family. Unlike previous stays in places like Davenport, Windsor Hills was close to Disney attractions, quiet & safe, and the home was beautifully Disney-themed. Our sons LOVED the playgrounds and bunk beds, especially the castle-themed playground nearby as well as the one a few houses down the street which it took us a week to discovered. While the community pool & splash pad cleanliness was lacking when we visited, we appreciated having it available but preferred our private heated pool & spa that was spent many afternoons floating in. The BBQ was great for cooking meals and the beds were the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on while traveling. The well-equipped games room was essentially our own arcade which we were obsessed with. The abundance of infant/toddler gear cannot be understated, including 4 strollers, a crib and pack & play which would honestly be the reason we rent HERE again. Despite the lack of consumables (condiments, ziplocs, foil, cling wrap, liquid hand soap, salt/pepper etc), Walmart being 2 minutes easily away solved this for us. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend the property management company!

very nice stay

This was a very nice property. We used the pool every day. They responded quickly when we had a problem with the ice maker. They even brought a bag of ice for us to use while the ice maker was being repaired. All in all a very nice stay.

Wonderful Stay in Kissimmee!

We rented this VRBO almost a year ago and really had built up a lot of expectations -- but this house did not disappoint. It was close to everything, clean and tidy, the kitchen was well equipped, and the pool and outdoor area were where we spent the majority of our time. The bedrooms were large, the bathrooms were equipped with everything we needed including shampoo and conditioner, and the beds were very comfortable. The larger pool area in the neighbourhood was also great and had lots of activities for our grandson. It was an easy walk to Walmart to get all the supplies we needed. We did have a couple of issues within the property like the handle fell off the patio door and the sink wouldn't drain, but maintenance was there promptly to fix everything. We will be back.

Amazing

Clean, well stocked, super close location to airport, super close to Disney, Walmart and to Restaurants. It was amazing that bbq, pool/spa heating were all included in rental price. We had quick response back from owner with any and all of our questions. Our family would definitely stay and recommend this home.
