I was sent an email at 2:30 that my room was given away. They did not honor my booking. After that I was not able to get a room anywhere because the KBIS show in town and all rooms were booked. It is unacceptable to not honor the booking that I made weeks in advance.

localização excelente, perto do Seaworld e o quarto confortavel... só de não ser piso acarpetado, mas de madeira, já foi um bonus... cozinha perfeita para as necessidades. O unico ponto negativo é ver quase todas as noites, pessoas estranhas, usuários de drogas, na parte de trás dos estacionamentos.

The whole staff is superb. Very clean place. The General Manager Josiah is a very humble understanding human being. I hope God continues to bless him and his family through out the years. If anyone ever writes a bad review regarding this location they won't prosper too long in life.

Negatives: Saw multiple cockroaches during the stay: one in the hallway and one in the room. The hotel had a pretty unpleasant smell (cigarettes and animals). Wasn’t able to watch TV the night we got there because it wasn’t connected to internet. Positives: The staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful. It was cool that there was a stove and proper refrigerator.

We had to leave early because TV didn't work, plugs didn't work, ac wasn't cooling down, the bathroom had stains. Unfortunately they were full and couldn't change us to another room.
