Guest Access:
You have full use of the home and private patio and pool in the back yard. Reserved one car parking in front of the building. More public parking spaces are available.

The Neighborhood:
The house is located in Hidden Forest, a quiet community surrounded by nature. The patio is peaceful with the rear pool and patio facing a green landscaped conservation area.

Getting Around:
Uber and taxi’s are available in the area. However, most guests find it convenient to rent a car at the airport. The home is close to supermarkets, restaurants, and shops. Disney World is only 18 minutes away, universal studio 35 minutes, and Orlando International Airport 40 minutes.

Other Things to Note:
Optional pool heat is available for an extra $35/day; Pool heater needs to be added to the whole reservation; If pool heater is requested after check in, an additional service fee of $35 will be charged to send someone over to turn it on. Pool takes between 8 - 15 hours to warm (pool temperature is set to 87 degrees).
