The bed sheets on what was supposed to be a 'clean bed' and the bath towels were stained, suggesting they had not been changed since the previous guest's stay. The floor in the room was in terrible condition; when a paper towel was wiped across it, it came up black with dirt. Additionally, the entire rug in the hallway in front of all the room doors was filthy and appeared never to have been vacuumed. Lastly, like on my last stay there almost a year ago, the elevator was STILL not working.

Great productivity elevator broken

Elevators did not work had to lug luggage up and down the stairwell. Last month's day I complained about the elevator not working on checkout elevator still not working after a month so out of order.

The property was clean and modern. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the showers were fine. The exercise area was very basic, had broken equipment and did not even have a tv inside of it. The breakfast is "grab and go" foods only, and they do not provide cream cheese for the bagels. For the most part, the front desk staff were very friendly. However, I had requested a late check-out. Well, I guess the front desk person did not check the log. So before it was time for us to check out, she started bamming on our hotel room door as if she was the police! Other than that, or stay was pleasant.

Lenora checked me in and was very friendly and welcoming. Check-in was quick and easy. Unfortunately the elevator was out of service so getting everything upstairs was a bit challenging, but I only stayed one night so not a big deal. I booked day of arrival so didn’t receive notice about it but I ldoubt I would’ve cancelled my reservation. Hotel is pet friendly and that was my main consideration. Would stay here again if passing through.

Good for the money paid

The room was very clean and spacious, the staff was friendly. You can't get maid service unless you stay more than 7 days, the bathroom faucet hardly had water coming out, very poor pressure, but just in the bathroom faucet. They also have no pool.

No elevator and they put us on the top floor!! Wanted us to pay more for a lower level Floors are filthy Staircase was discussing and hot I do not recommend this place They could have given us a lower level easily but chose not to! Terrible staff, nice rooms, dirty floors not swept enough and definitely not mopped enough.

The elevator

The staff was great!!! The elevator was out had to walk up 3 flight of stairs to get to our room with carrying our stuff from out of our car.it was inconvenient.

This hotel was a very convenient place to stop overnight right off I-95. The room was clean and spacious, with a full kitchen, which was a nice bonus. However, the breakfast was very disappointing — just coffee, a few pieces of fruit, granola bars, and some overly processed muffins. Definitely not much to choose from.

For the price this was a wonderful surprise. Very clean and friendly. I would definitely stay here again one of the best hotels I have stayed at in a long time. Everything seemed fresh and new.
