Work from the beach! Sunrise from the patio.

A beautiful quiet beach next to Tomoka Aquatic Preserve is home to endless wildlife. This two bedroom, two bath, 3rd floor condo with elevator is located in Ormond by the Sea. It has everything you will need to relax at the beach while being just 15 minutes from the action in Daytona and 10 minutes from Flagler Beach. The location is perfect for a day trip to Disney, or Cape Canaveral. Restaurants and shops are located just north in the small beach town of Flager as well as Ormond Beach to the south.

There is super fast WIFI, a 55 inch flat screen smart TV with cable in the living room as well as a 33 in flat screen TV in the master bedroom. The guest bedroom has a 43 in smart tv but no cable. Also every thing you need to catch up on a little work including office supplies and a wireless printer is at your disposal.

Both bedrooms are equipped with a king size bed with Fox orthopedic mattresses, luxury linens and a beautiful view. Watch the sunrise over the ocean from your bed in the master or the sunset in the second bedroom. There is a full private bathroom in the master bedroom and a second full bath off the common area. All linens and towels are provided.

Everything you need to enjoy the ocean or the pool is provided. The condo is completely stocked with beach towels, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, and sand toys. There is even a toy box for the kiddos.

The fully furnished kitchen includes microwave, dishwasher, stove and refrigerator as well as dishes, cooking utensils, basic spices and condiments. Everything except the groceries are on hand if you want to prepare a meal yet you are walking distance from an ocean side pub with great food and live music daily.

The living room has large comfy furniture with great ocean views. There is a small dining table that seats 2 for meals that can be used for a work station as well. There is an outdoor dining table as well on patio overlooking the ocean.

A full size washer and dryer is located in the apartment. There is one assigned covered parking space and plenty of extra parking. You are 20 steps from the elevator and there is a cart to load and unload personal belongings. A spectacular view of the sunrise and the sunset can be enjoyed without ever leaving the building.

Window blind in front bedroom didn’t work and we had to use towels to provide privacy. Window in master bedroom wasn’t sealed and it whistled ALOT due to high winds. Sliding glass door was difficult to operate. Not a lot of space to unpack personal items. The owner was very accommodating and provided quick response.

Relaxing stay

We loved staying here, it was so peaceful and quiet. Entry instructions to the condo were great. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked, everything you could think of was provided by the owner. Karen was a wonderful host and communication with her was prompt. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay

We enjoyed the use of this property. Great location. Had a hard time finding the flashlights.. they were on top of the fridge. The keys were not in the lock box, just used the code on the door knob. The beach isn't the best, no fault of the owner, but it's close to Daytona Beach which is nice. We really liked it there!

Another great stay at Karen's condo. Everything you could possibly need isthere, the beds are very comfortable, and the view from the balcony is beautiful. The quiet, uncrowded beach is just a walk across the street.

Residential Paradise

Very quiet, secluded beach. No crowds, no disturbances. Very peaceful. Condo checked all of our boxes. Great view! Easy beach access. Great restaurants to the left in Flagler Beach. Easy drive to Publix and all that is Daytona to the right.

2022 Spring Break

The unit was nice and clean. Karen was very efficient and the check in process was so simple. We have stayed on this property several times in a different unit. It is very quiet and peaceful. The air was not working I called Karen and she called and had ot fixes the next day. 😳

Great Stay!

This was our first VRBO rental and the experience could not have been any nicer. Since we were "newbies" we had several questions about the rental process, and the owner was prompt with her reply and through with the information requested. Unit itself was perfect for our needs: a great location with a balcony overlooking the ocean, nicely furnished with an awesome TV to watch the Braves in the World Series and a blazing fast internet connection. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
