Beachfront apartment in a very family-friendly location. The beach in front of the apartment is a fine sand beach with gradual depth, you can relax or read or do whatever you want facing the sea in a peaceful environment.

The space:

Bright apartment facing the sea, in a privileged location in Oropesa del Mar: between La Concha beach (5 m) and the coves (7 m). In front of the building there is also a pleasant and peaceful seafront promenade.



The 90 m² apartment includes the following spaces:



- Dining room with panoramic views of Playa de la Concha equipped with a round table with 6 chairs, seating area with double sofa, two armchairs and a wicker stool, TV and ceiling fan.

- Fully equipped independent kitchen.

- Master bedroom with a 150x190 cm double bed, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom with shower.

- Second bedroom with two single beds of 90x190 cm.

- Third bedroom with two single beds of 90x190 cm with ceiling fan.

- 1 Main bathroom equipped with a practical shower.



It is delivered with bed linen, 1 hand towel and bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and welcome kitchen amenities (1 scouring pad, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 bin bags, 1 washing machine soap, 2 dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom, hand gel). Coffee capsules and 1 bottle of mineral water.

- Optional WiFi upon request. Cost: €3/day + €50 refundable deposit.

- Check-in after 21:00 has a surcharge of €30.

A quiet residential area with a family-friendly atmosphere, ideal for sun and beach holidays. You will also be able to enjoy the Oropesa-Benicassim greenway, a pleasant walk overlooking the sea on foot or by bicycle. Within a 100-metre radius you have all the necessary services: restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, etc.



How to get around:

Bus Stop (stop lines for the main Spanish cities) and Taxi 100 metres away. Cycle lane 50 metres away that can connect with nearby towns.

- No more people than those booked.

- Responsibility, respect and good behaviour in the use of all facilities and with residents.

- Check in after 21:00h with a surcharge of 30 EUR.

- Pets are not allowed. Except for properly certified emotional support animals. This exception is subject to an additional cost and prior verification of the pet's official permit or certificate.
