They won't give me my refund for the room that I never use

Hello Loreto,I hope this message finds you well. I have investigated this matter and see that you wished to cancel your reservation after arriving before check-in time. We then advised you to cancel through the website you used to book, due to us not being able to alter reservations made via 3rd party sites. However, we never received approval from them to cancel.If you would like a refund, please contact the customer service team on the site you used to book.Thank you for your time.

Definitely Going Back!

The room was really nice and it has a jetted tub in the bathroom, I thing every room there has a jetted tub? The price was great too! Under $200. The gaming area was fun too. A little small but a great selection of games to play!
