The Space:
One full bedroom and bathroom on ground floor for extra privacy. Second story has all other living spaces. Master bedroom has large patio and lake views! Master bedroom has a King size bed and bathroom attached. The second bedroom has an attached bonus room with pull out couches that can be used for an additional sitting area and sleeping space. Large deck with a fantastic view of the lake and a barbeque for family nights.

The Neighborhood:
This is a quiet residential neighborhood with lots of local animals. The deer will come and lounge on the property and can be seen roaming around most days, be careful not to touch!

Getting Around:
The Lake Oroville's Visitor Center is less than a mile from this home where you can learn about the dam’s creation, take a look at any of the on-request videos, or enjoy the spectacular vantage point from the 47-foot overlook tower.
Over 44 miles of hiking and biking trails are within a few miles.
Oroville Lake is divided into several different areas: North Forebay is reserved for the exclusive use of non-motorized boats, so if small wake and quiet surroundings are your fancy, head to this tranquil wedge of the reservoir. Get out in a canoe, kayak, or sailboat and take advantage of the wake-free lake surface. The day-use areas are covered with shade ramadas for picnic groups, barbecue stoves, and there is a 200-foot sandy beach that’s perfect for building sandcastles!
The South Forebay is a bit more active, providing launch ramps for motor boats and spectacular fishing. The Loafer Creek Area is mostly for lounging and swimming, providing a 100-food beach and green area perfect for spreading out a blanket.
For fishing, Lake Oroville offers wonderful German brown, catfish, largemouth bass, rainbow trout, salmon, and smallmouth bass opportunities. Please take note of necessary fishing permits.

Great location with a beautiful view overlooking lake Oroville. Rooms were large, clean and comfortable.Communication with the property owner was prompt and clear as well. We would definitely stay here again! Loved the seeing the local wildlife and waking up to the lake view.

Bad start good ending

Check in was 4pm. We arrived at 5:30 after a long day on the lake to find cleaning was not done prior to our srrival. So our plans to cook dinner after showering and getting out of our wet cloths did not happen, due to cleaners being there. We went to dinner downtown and returned to a clean home. Unfortunately, my niece’s stuffed animal and pillow were missing as the cleaners thought it was left by the previous guest, although we asked if we could drop our stuff off prior to leaving. Thankfully the cleaners returned the next day with my nieces pillow case and stuffed unicorn. The rest of the trip went well and the accommodations worked well. So the first night was not great but all went well for the next few days with accommodations, location, and a great view of the lake.

This home was great! Very spacious, everyone felt like they had there own space and privacy. We had five adults and 1 child, 1 baby. The bonus room next to one of the bedrooms upstairs worked out fantastic for the couple with the two small children. The views were amazing. We had a couple small issues BUT when we called they answered right away and they issue was taken care of immediately. I would stay here again and I recommend it to anyone who is looking to stay in Oroville with a beautiful lake view.

In town for wedding

The place was amazing. I had two suites and a third bedroom that were prefect for wedding prep. It was fully stocked with an assortment of cooking spices/oils and when I discovered and communicated there was no laundry soap, some was quickly delivered to the front door! An amazing place for my family!

Beautiful View

We had a couple of hiccups but the property manager got it taken care of fast. We were told fire place was gas but it was wood burning and the outside grill was a piece of junk and we weren’t able to do any grilling. It is a nice house and I would stay again. The staff were really nice.

Spectacular views!

We were in town for a wedding and had a great stay with a family of five. It was super clean and had everything we needed. I especially enjoyed sitting on the deck and viewing the night sky as well as the daytime view of the lake and marina. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it!

Best Stay in Oroville area

Let me start by saying this is one of the smoothest stays I’ve rented. Management made a last minute change to my reservation quickly and smoothly. The check in was super easy. We found the property to be very clean and lacking nothing. Location to lake Oroville was very convenient. The driveway is extremely steep and there is a balcony. Things to consider if you have very small children. The mule deer were very friendly and hung around early morning and late evening. I entertained our family with cooking with ease out of a well equipped kitchen. Will be renting this property again.
