Got put into a room that literally smell like a wet dog and had dog poop on the floor when I asked the lady who runs the place to remedy the situation she said it was her day off and we can wait till tomorrow. There's been multiple staff members there that were rude disrespectful and downright out of line I shouldn't have to explain myself to any of the maids when the lady that runs the property is in the room right next to the office. If you want to stay out of drama and horrible stinky rooms don't stay here

I checked in and went out for food and a couple other things when I returned a lady was in my room because the office rented her my room she wouldn’t let me get my bag I returned to the office to complain they had to get my bag and put me in another room
