Otel konumu ve kalitesi harika. Tüm personelleri gayet ilgili, güler yüzlü ve saygılı. Odalar konforlu ve ferah. Dalyan' ın en nezih ve sakin oteli.

Nice hotel with lovely little touches. The hotel was empty so felt very private. Per last reviews, the traditional Turkish breakfast is delightful. The man that runs breakfast was very nice. Shower didn’t drain properly which meant our room flooded every night. Reported this to reception but nothing was done about it. Patio doors didn’t close which meant we had sleepless nights due to local dogs barking / air conditioning units right next to us. No duvet on the bed (?) just a tiny cover that doesn’t fit the whole bed. Very confused by this. Too hot to sleep without the air con, too cold to sleep with it on, without a duvet. Fake eyelashes left on the floor. Hammam and gym are still closed! So no facilities are offered except the outside pool. I would get over all of the above but the thing that really frustrated me was the 3 women who would smoke cigarettes in the breakfast restaurant, whilst we were eating! They also had two disobedient Pomeranian dogs who would spend the whole time barking. Both of these factors aren’t ‘allowed’ but the staff didn’t bat an eye. I think they may have been owners.

Dear Samantha, We are so sorry to hear those words from you. All we did is to make you comfortable. you informed us there is a problem with shower our employee came to your room and looked at it, it was actually working without any problem. Aftre then you dıdnt do any complaıints about shower again. Because you didnt close to doors correctly doesnt mean doors have problems, plus you necer mentioned about your door problem to reception. Our hamam and gym is open actually other guest were usıng every day maybe you didnt take a look at our gym area. Unfortunately we cant do anythıng about nothıng you dıdnt complaınt to reception you were always smiling to us like everythıng was fıne from your side. Thank you for review .

Awful service

Worst hotel experience I ever had. The staff was incompetent and rude, the room was not cleaned during our entire stay and the servers kept forgetting the orders. The city has many hotels with better locations closer to the river and with better prices, we regretted not selecting one of these options.

A beautiful little hotel

A very brief visit for myself, just the two nights instead of the intended seven. Everything was wonderful, from grounds, to food and staff.

Nice hotel and gardens. The local dogs are vocal during the night I think fighting over buckets down the street Overall enjoyable

Friendly and clean

Hotel was empty apart from myself and a colleague ,staff were friendly and helpful.Parking was off site on the road,which might be an issue during high season.
