landscape of the Tuscan countryside. The ground floor consists of
dining room and staircase leading to the first floor and equipped
kitchen, four bedrooms (two with double bed and two with twin beds),
and two family bathrooms with a shower. Outside is a large beautiful
200sqm garden and sheltered pool side dining area with stunning
mountain and countryside views.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, washing machine,
dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also

The property is equipped with a pellet stove, and the cost for its
usage will be settled in cash on-site, calculated based on consumption
of pellet bags. Travel Crib and Highchair available on request.
The tourist tax of 2 Euros per person per night applies for the first 6
nights of your stay. Children under 12 and individuals with
disabilities are exempt. The tax is payable in cash upon arrival,
directly to the property owner. The house heating is 60 Euros per day,
payable directly to the owner.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
