BEAUTIFUL 2BD/2BATH CONDO

Pack your bags and enjoy your Lake Getaway in this 2BR/2BA Condominium overlooking the pool and sandy beach playground and lake swimming area.

The Ledges is a popular complex, conveniently located in the heart of Osage Beach. The Ledges offers the hard to find combination of outstanding main-channel views and the serenity of a peaceful no-wake cove. The complex offers two pools, one of which is overseen from the condo along with the sandy beach area. The additional pool is on the Point of the property with a fantastic view of the Lake's main channel - a perfect location to enjoy the sunset!

In the spacious, open main living area, you will appreciate the comfortable, updated furnishings, 55” flat screen TV, and plenty of seating whether eating at the table or breakfast bar or lounging in front of the TV while overlooking the lake.

Other amenities include wifi/internet access, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and gas grill.

The Master Suite has a King-sized bed, private bath, walk-in closet, and a lake view. The 2nd bedroom has 2 Queen beds - so you can sleep up to 4 in this room!

The State Park is just a short drive away and offers very nice ramping facilities as well as short to long-term trailer parking for your Boat or Personal Watercraft Trailer. By water, you will be on the 20.5 Mile Marker just around the corner from the Grand Glaize Bridge.

DIRECTIONS: As soon as you arrive at the complex there will be a stop sign. You will need to make an immediate right and the condo is the 1st building on the left. The condo is located one level up from the parking lot. You will need to go up one flight of stairs. NO elevator is available.

All the comforts of home

The property is well located for the area and is well stocked for your stay. The unit had everything you would need to prepare your food or eat in if you chose take out. The furniture in the unit and outdoor furniture on the deck are in good shape. The deck is also screened in so you don’t have any issues with bugs. Shannon was very quick to respond to any questions you might have.

Beautiful, even when it storms

This is a beautiful and clean condo. Very thoughtfully stocked. The faucets in the front bathroom are confusing as to how to get hot water. And it is a quiet spot until a family moves in with their barking dogs above you and children who are loud and clomping.

Great for a Relaxing Getaway!

I stayed here with my best friend, for a kid free getaway. It was perfect for our needs. The condo has been newly remodeled so it doesn't look exactly as pictured, but I found it to be better than pictured. Would recommend staying here.

Great stay for a sisters trip.

Came down to the Ozarks for a sisters hiking trip. The condo was perfect for what we needed. In a great central location to be able to get to all the locations on our list. Had what we needed in the kitchen for tools to make breakfast in mornings go fuel our hikes. The place was very clean and tidy. The new renovations were beautiful. Instructions on what to do upon arrival and leaving were very clear and easy. Would recommend staying there to anyone who needs a smaller place for a few people. Thanks for a great place to sleep, eat and hang out.

Everything went pretty smoothly. Some of the pictures didn't match their website, put the property manager explained why. I would stay here again, but would wait till warmer weather. The free coffee pods was an added plus.
