Beautiful Indian Pointe Condo with Breathtaking Lake view! Boat slip available!

Beautiful Condo at Indian Pointe, located at the 17th mile marker, over looking the beautiful lake. Condo will accommodate 5 guests.
Master bedroom has private bath and large closet. Both master bedroom and guest bedroom have King size beds with new mattresses. Roku TV’s are in both bedrooms.
New queen sleeper sofa sleeps 2. Recommended for children.
Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a nice meal.
Unit has washer and dryer.
Balcony has a awesome view of the lake!
Property has 3 pools ( 2 are heated). Tennis courts and basketball court . Beautiful walkway by lake! Great area to fish from docks.
Boat slip is available for an extra charge. Please inquire.

Condo is located close to many restaurants on and off the water. Grocery stores, shopping, golfing, boat and wave runner rentals, and marinas are minutes away.

Such a beautiful view of the lake. Very easy to get to and near major shopping for groceries. 2nd time at this location with multiple stays at the lake yearly before Covid and have to say best views by far of the lake after 20+ visits to the Osage Beach area. Only complaint is the parking stall to the right by the neighbor with a pickup truck who tends to park on the line making it tight to navigate. This was experienced both times at our stays over the last 2 years between visits. The condo was clean and adequate for a few nights stay as we stayed during the off season this time which might have been at the end of a busy 2025 and the host hasn't made upgrades yet. Host could do some updates to the kitchen dishes and utensils as they are starting to show use....the manual can opener wouldn't function due to age and use and needs replaced and no hand soap in the pump by the kitchen sink or bottle available to refill. She was very receptive and thankful that we brought to her attention that the bathroom shower tub was dripping and needed repair. Certainly not trying to be negative to this property as it's a beautiful place in a great location. We would certainly stay again and hopefully will as the views are amazing and the condo is very comfortable with adequate space for a family.

It was all great. Only issue I had was with the king bed mattress in master suite. Seemed uncomfortable to us, “lumpy”. Overall it was a great place and would still stay there again.

Perfect Getaway

This condo not only had the perfect view and location but was extremely clean and beautiful inside . Im sure if you were a negative nancy u could find some flaws but we found this to be one of our top 5 vacation getaways of all time . Due to recent local ordinance codes that are out of owners control there were no balcony grilles allowed but they do offer public steel grilles in the courtyard . Great location for nightlife and plenty of outdoor parks and recreation during the day . I would absolutely recommend for anyone looking to have a nice relaxing vaca with various options for local fun. I cant wait to return ! My new fav !

Great views for a second tier condo.

We were traveling back home with another couple and decided to stay just a couple nights as we enjoy the lake from time to time. I would not hesitate to stay for a longer vacation. Fantastic Location and View

The condo property was well kept and maintained. Each morning there were workers tending to the pools and grounds. The atmosphere was peaceful, even with the maintenance work that was occurring just below us (workers were quiet and respectful). Can't say enough about the view from the deck, it was beautiful. The condo was clean and well cared for. Only "complaint" is there was no overhead lighting in the living room, making it a bit dark in there. Host was quick to respond to any questions I had. Would strongly recommend staying here

Amazing View, Great Location and Spacious. Top floor unit, 1.5 flights up from the assigned parking spot which is right next to the stairs. We've stayed at many properties at the Osage area and this is hands down the best view of the lake. Convenient to get to and just a short drive from Aldis or HyVee.
