Condo at The Ledges! 2BR+Large Loft/2.5 BA Condo-2 Pools & Beach

Thank you for considering our condo for your next trip to Lake of the Ozarks! Our spacious condo has everything you need to feel right at home.

We are located in the heart of Osage Beach at the very popular Ledges Condo Complex. There are two swimming pools to enjoy. One that you can see from the balcony & one at the point with an incredible 10 mile view of the main channel! There is also a sandy beach that is on a calm cove. Our condo is two flights of stairs from the parking lot. The condo has two bedrooms and two full baths on the main level and a large loft upstairs. The master bedroom has a queen bed and private full bath. The second bedroom has two full beds and adjacent full bath. Up a flight of stairs, the spacious loft has one queen bed, two full beds, and two twin-top bunk beds. In the loft, there is also a half bathroom.


IfF YOU NEED ADDITIONAL SPACE, please ask about our condo that is conveniently located right next door to this condo! It is a 3 bedroom + loft/ 3 bath condo and we also have a 2 bedroom/2 bath on located on the main channel.

Enjoy the extra beds and space this condo offers. Although the condo has a maximum number of 12, the extra beds offer a configuration that can allow more people to sleep in their own bed. This is helpful for groups of golfers or anyone who enjoys having their own space.

We offer free wifi :)

If you are bringing little ones, you are welcome to use the playpen, high chair and bedrail at the condo. There are also plenty of movies and board games for family fun!

You can use the electric grill that is on the balcony overlooking one of two pools at the Ledges.

If you are bringing a boat, we have a 10' x 30' covered boat slip available for rent for $25/night. It has decking for a vboat. A pontoon 25’ or less will also fit here.

Incredible Vacation!!!

I think the host undersold this in the listing:). There were 9 of us and everyone felt they had their own space. It was clean, stocked, and super comfortable. We could see the pool from the balcony, as well as the lake. Jennifer was quick to respond to the couple questions I had, reached out to me to let me know there was a water issue in the community so there was a boil order in effect and even offered to comp us a case of water if needed (we had plenty!). Quick access to everything we wanted to see on our trip, and 4 minutes from where we could rent a boat! 11/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! When we return we would love to stay here again ❀

Great Location!

Our family enjoyed Lake of the Ozarks/Osage Beach for the 2nd year in a row! Jen was a wonderful host and was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The condo has plenty of room with the loft area. We had 5 adults and 7 children and there was plenty of space without feeling crowded! The kitchen was well equipped for anything you may need. The beach access area was wonderful for the kids and the condo location was very close to everything! We loved our stay and highly recommend!

Lots and lots of stairs

The condo was perfect, the whole family was comfortable. We were a group of 9 and never felt crowded. It wasn't as close to the lake we were hoping for. The condo is on the 3rd floor and not lakeside. Be prepaired for stairs. By the time you leave the condo and get to the lake it is about 7 stories. Going down was not a problem but going up was a true workout.
