The room was double booked, so when we tried to enter the dead bolt stopped us. Then the new room has lights burnt out. The room was fine. We had ants. It was an alright stay, but started off bad.
People hanging out by pool building 2 entrance smoking pot n working on vehicle parked in handicap parking with no handicap plaque. I am handicap and had to park 8 places away. There were 8 vehicles in huttle basically blocking main entry. People had entry blocked standing n visiting with full hands i waited then asked them to move so we could enter building
I feel that the cost of our stay was pricy for the condition of the rooms. The bathroom needs work. The place has been renovated. This is good place for a single night.
This Expedia app sucks ass they steal money and say itâs the hotel when infact itâs not now I have 169 dollars just disappearing in air and they have horrible service and hang up on you
We arrived a little earlier than the 4pm check-in and were told our room was ready so we were glad to get out of the car and get comfortable. The desk clerk was super friendly and check-in was good. Upon arrival at the rearbuilding, the first thing noticeable was the condition of the exterior. The door looked like a receiving door of an dge of town warehouse. We got hit with the strong odor of cat urine. Ok, maybe this was just the exterior and things would improve. Nope. The hall was just as unpleasant with a mix of cat urine and marijuana. Even dogs barking from the room across from our assigned room. We entered our room, placed our bags on the bathroom vanity and inspected. Bedding was clean, smelled fresh and no signs of bed bugs. The vanity sink & countertop had dried soap spots. Mirror was spotted. Towels did appear to be fresh & clean. Actual restroom was also well below expectations. Dirt in all corners. thy door mirror. Toilet was running. One of the toilet paper holders was loose and the other was missing pieces so it was empty and hanging. The shower curtain appeared to be clean but was old and yellowed. The floor of the bathtub was old and had scratches that had captured dirt over time making you feel doubtful that you could get clean in it. We informed the desk clerk that we would be leaving and found a room elsewhere. She was super apologetic and helpful. Again, not anything in her control. Shame because this used to be a nice, clean budget friendly hotel.
The first room was a standard room. We go inside the lobby to get the key. He sends us to the other building and we use the key to get in and it smells like complete piss in that building. We get to the room. The bed was horribly stained. The room smelled like sweat. I then had to go and upgrade the room hoping to be put in the main building away from the smell. I upgraded to a suite. Now the suite was nice. But even the mirrors hadnât been wiped. Then the outside. People walking around with no shoes. Smoking questionable substances not MJ right in front of the building. Overall this was the worst experience Iâve had in recent times
