This Cottage will not disappoint you, just remolded!

Come and experience a relaxing vacation at a wonderful little lakeside “Kozy Kottage” situated just 25 feet from the water. This is a hard to find property with dock and lake access just out the front door. Our guests will have access to a private dock in a quiet cove. You will enjoy an entire right side of the dock, lounging chairs, a patio table. There is an available lift for a single PWC, other watercraft can be tied to the side of the dock during your stay. The water toys include a slide, diving board, paddle boat, canoe and a large watermat. Several life jackets will also be provided.

It’s the most conveniently located vacation rental at the Lake! Located on mile marker 17.2 on the Osage, in the “Old Ski Show” cove. It is less than 1 mile off Osage Beach Parkway off MO-54 – minutes from the Outlet Mall, Wal-Mart, Dierbergs, Hy-Vee and many of Osage Beach’s popular restaurants and night-life. It is close to many of the lake's fun stops like Dog Days, Short Pants and RedHead Yacht Club by water or by car, Backwater Jack’s is the next cove over.

The view from inside the cottage and the large deck is spectacular!! It has a nice living area with full kitchen stocked with plates, utensils, pots and pans, full sized appliances and small appliances such as toaster, blender and a microwave. It can sleep up to 6 with 2 bedrooms - one with a queen bed the other with a king size bed and a pull out queen couch. All bed linens and bath towels will be provided.

The outdoor deck is partly shaded of two monster oak trees. It includes a beautiful view of the Lake, patio tables, several chairs and a gas grill for cookouts.

“Kozy Kottage” is perfect for a family getaway to enjoy a fun time at the Lake of the Ozarks!!!

Such a beautiful place to relax. Literally a few minutes from town, but feels secluded. Stayed here for bikefest and already booked for next years a day before we left, while relaxing on the dock. As alot of these reviews state, Karen, the owner is such an amazing person and exceptional host.

My friends and I were looking for a place to host a getaway retreat. The kozy cottage was the perfect place. Karen came a greeted us as soon as we arrived, answered any questions and showed what we had access to on the lake. The home was ready and clean for us. The patio was nice and relaxing. And we spent a good amount of time in water off the patio.

Relaxing getaway on the lake

We had a great time on the dock with our young adult daughters. Perfect place for us 4. Only a few minutes up to the city of Osage Beach. Enjoyed our sunset evening views. Cottage was comfortable and relaxing. We definitely look forward to coming back.

Gorgeous!

The cottage was absolutely beautiful! So welcoming and comfortable. Its in cove off the main channel so the boat noise is very minimal. Fantastic views of the lake from the dining/living room. The beds were so comfortable!!! I would definitely book this charming little cottage again in the future! Thank you Karen for the lovely stay!

Wonderful Property & Hosts - Will Return for Sure!

Beautiful property stocked with everything you need. Hosts were very nice and responsive. My son and I had a wonderful relaxing weekend fishing on the dock, taking out the paddle pontoon, and watching movies! Will return for sure!

Just what we needed

Great view of the water right from the living room with giant windows. Loved sitting on the deck drinking coffee in the morning watching the boats. We had such a great time on the dock, it had everything we needed. It was a blast and my husband who does not get in lakes actually swam in it! Great hosts who were very attentive!

Well Worth It!

This was our first visit to Lake of the Ozarks, and we were so lucky to stay at the Kozy Kottage. Beautiful views, great location, and welcoming hosts. The cottage was recently updated and offers everything you will need for an enjoyable stay. We will definitely be back!

TLC would go a long way....

The house is small. Fitted more for a couple or family with very young children. It is cute and has amenities. At first glance it appears to be clean. But could use a good deep cleaning and attention to detail on several levels. If your a tall or large person it will be difficult or impossible to use toilet due to a very tight and cramped bathroom. The home uses a septic tank with no ventilation. The toilet paper stored under the sink and all towels and linens smelled of mold and sewage. Under the lip of the shower wall was a thick coating of mold growth. The home smelled of Glade plug in mixed with mildew and mold. All our cloths, worn or not along with our personal pillows had to be washed when we returned home. The driveway is on Extremely steep incline that is not fully described in the profile. The walk from the carport to the house is difficult for anyone, but almost impossible for anyone who has health concerns or elderly. The owners live next door and the property is under continual surveillance. A camera is directed at the front door that has uncovered windows. If someone walks in front of the door from the inside, the camera turns on and blasts a light into the house. The feeling of being continually watched lingered for the week of our stay. The hosts were not as personable as noted in others reviews or as hospitable in person as they were when we messaged prior to our stay. We made the best of the accommodations since we committed over 1K$ nonrefundable
