Wonderful location both on land and water for a fun lake trip. Close to restaurants, shopping, entertainment. Large kitchen. Five bedrooms and five bathrooms! Lots of parking. Great dock enhances the lake experience! Located 17.5-18 mile marker in a cove with great views of main channel and community bridge. New stair rail leading to dock installed April 2025.

Perfect Lake House

This home was one of the best we’ve stayed at in the Ozarks. Not only was Susan very easy to communicate with, this was the first VRBO I’ve stayed in that had bottled handsoap in every bathroom, shampoo and conditioner (for those who forgot to pack it), laundry pods and dishwasher pods, as well as any random essential item you may need. The house was beautiful, clean, spacious and the location was perfect in the Osage Beach area. Two large tables to for dining or playing games. Oh and games
 an entire china hutch full of all sorts of games and playing cards for all ages. Definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting the Ozarks!

Perfect Lake Getaway for Our Bachelor Party!

We had an amazing time at this property for a bachelor party with 9 guys. The house was even better than expected—super spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The lake views were beautiful, and the location was perfect for relaxing and hanging out.The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We especially loved the outdoor space—it made for a great spot to chill and enjoy the water.Our host was responsive and made check-in easy. It was the perfect home base for a memorable weekend, and we’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this spot if you’re visiting Lake Ozark with a group!

Friend reunion trip

House was plenty big for our group of 12. Everyone said the beds were comfy & kitchen was a great place to hang out and see the water. The house was in a great location on the lake. We spent a lot of time on the dock and enjoyed it. Would recommend for an adult vacation! I would say the stairs to the dock would be a lot for kids or elderly.

Great Property! Plenty of room and plenty of bathrooms! A few more steps than what it really showed on VRBO pics - but that is to be expected at the lake! My only issue was getting in and out of the bed in the master! But I managed it! Thanks for your great communication before and during our stay!

80th Birthday weekend

Process went very smoothly and everyone enjoyed their stay. The instructions were extremely helpful and informative. It was really confident having a bathroom for every bedroom. The amenities for the kitchen and bathrooms were excellent even down to toothbrushes for the forgetful (we had one). The driveway was steep but everyone managed it well. There was only one downside and that was the lack of a railing on the steps down to the dock. The dock was very useful as we rented a pontoon boat for one day. location was excellent as we were under 10 minutes to shopping, golf, etc.

We were a group of friends that wanted to spend time together. We had a great time. This lake house was perfect for us. Everything was perfect in the house, very clean, very nice. The communication with the host was very good and very helpful and informative for us. Overall this is a great place to get together in the Lake of the Ozark, great location. Great home in a convenient location

This home was perfect for our large group. Each family had their own private space and bathroom. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials we needed, and a large covered dock with the diving board was perfect for the kids to play on while swimming.
