Top floor, one bedroom condo on the lake! Perfect for a couples weekend.

Top floor - vaulted ceilings - one bedroom condo at beautiful Heron Bay.

Our 1 bed/1 bath lakefront condo sits at the 21MM with an unobstructed view of the lake. We are the last building in the complex - very private and tends to be quieter than other buildings.
The bedroom has a queen bed with all new bedding and a smart tv. The sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen size bed for the kids.
The living room has a smart tv with cable. The balcony has a table for four.

Heron Bay offers a nice lakeside outdoor pool with a large pool deck and plenty of new loungers and umbrella tables. You can jump right off the end of the docks and swim in the lake as the docks have swim ladders. You can also fish from the docks. The complex has a nice walking path at the edge of the lake. There is an onsite laundry facility and a small boat ramp with temporary trailer parking - based on availability. Heron Bay is in the heart of Osage Beach and close to dining and activities by water and land.
The unit offers free WiFi, cable tv, and Netflix.
We have a 10x28 boat slip available for $30 per night and a little advanced notice.

You'll be given the code to our lock box so there's no need to check in anywhere - just go straight to the unit.

We live at the lake and can answer most questions you may have. Please don't hesitate to send me a text or call.

Everything was perfect! We loved the view from the balcony and the fact that it was screened in was greatly appreciated! Every detail was thought of. The place was very clean and the area felt very safe. The neighbors were all very friendly. We swam off the dock and the pool looked very nice too. Rachel was great with communication and was very patient with us despite our many questions. We greatly enjoyed our stay!

Excellent Communication with Host!

Rachel replied instantly to any questions I had before and during my stay. We loved being able to be at a condo with a boat slip available. There was ample vehicle parking spots and it was a very quiet area. There were plenty of towels, extra bedding, and other additional items such as salt pepper coffee, etc available. Very happy with our stay.

Enjoyed a weekend at this lovely little condo that had all the amenities we needed. Even a nicer surprise was that there was coffee and coffee filters and paper plates to help get us started for the weekend. We enjoyed drinks on the screened in deck as well as breakfast on the deck each morning. This condo had everything we needed.

Nice property. Easy access. Only drawback is the stairs carrying things in and out (4th floor) but made for a great view. Rachel was super helpful with any question and very prompt to respond. Would stay there again.

Perfect location and wonderful lake stay!

We have friends at the same complex and I really enjoyed my stay. It felt safe, relaxing and was quiet. I was worried about parking and arriving Friday late afternoon but there were a handful of spots open and the upper lot was wide open. Rachel has just about everything you need (do bring a hair dryer) and this unit has a beautiful view. The screened in porch is a must for summer nights / early mornings in the Midwest and it was a nice perk in this unit. Water pressure was great, towels are super soft and the condo was very clean. Much appreciated! I will be back and would recommend this condo!
