Location is very accessible to transportation, restaurants and more. The building is nice with a very modern vibe. Room is a bit small but very clean. Staffs are very nice and helpful.

The property is very aesthetic & at a prime location. Walking distance to Shinsaibashisuji, Dontonbori & Namba. We got to the hotel 10min before check in time so I walked to the counter (not knowing) they weren’t ready for check in…once it was time to line up to check in, the staff was very intense. But once you’ve paid, their mood became very nice. We just got the cheapest standard room for 2 adults & 1 toddler. We were very comfortable staying in the room. Light travelers. The bathroom curtain in our room smelled like a foul odor. I think they need to change it or wash it. Room 1119 by the way.

The bedroom was very compact with a fairly spacious bathroom. Note those with big luggages will not have floor space to open due to the room size. There is an air purifier in the room though I noticed there was quite a bit of dust. Overall it was nice and clean. It was nice that the hotel offered a 'tottette' small sweet treat for each guest in the lobby every evening.

Excellent customer service

I stayed at Shinsaibashi location in Osaka with my daughter for 4 nights and I enjoyed staying there. Staffs were friendly especially, Yuki Hidaka. When I had a difficult time recieving check-in info. from the next hotel in Tokyo, he helped me a lot. I was impressed how patient and caring he was at that time. Thank you Yuki!
