Had a great experience at the Centara Grand Osaka. My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, had a comfortable queen sized bed and was noticeably quiet my entire trip. My only complaint with the room was a mildew smell coming from the shower drain. The location itself is very walkable within Namba, with easy access to Namba station and getting to / walking around Shinsibashi. Everyone I spoke with who worked at the hotel was friendly and helpful. The spa was amazing !!!…the ladies who work in the spa are absolutely lovely and very welcoming. Very warm Thai & Japanese hospitality and I had seriously incredible treatments there (massages & salt scrubs).

Great location, bigger room

It was a great stay. The location was really central but away from the craziness of Dotonbori but close enough to Namba Stn and shipping and eats. Would definitely stay here again. The rooms were much bigger by Japan standards which was very welcomed.
