The hotel is very elegant. The staff is beyond professional and kind. Although the hotel isn’t in the center of the tourist area, it is 15 minutes walking. Access to public transportation is close. There is no restaurant in the hotel, but a very complete and varied breakfast box is brought to your hotel room door. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay, friendly and helpful staff like David and Nagaata, and so many more, did not write down all the names. Everything was great, room size, great customer service. Had a group of 11 and we all felt the hospitality. Will definitely stay again when in Osaka.

We stayed in the Superior Twin Room at Leben Hotel Osaka and were really impressed. The room was tastefully furnished and super comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The bathroom was a great surprise, spacious, bright, and felt a bit luxurious. I especially loved the skincare products they provided, such a thoughtful and high-quality touch. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. Plus, the location is spot on, right in the heart of the city, which made getting around a breeze.

This hotel was very nice. I love that they offered tea, face masks, face lotions and flavored water in the lobby area. The rooms were very clean. Beds and sheets were comfortable. I truly enjoyed the pajamas provided also.

The hotel is modern and clean with plenty of ammenities. Best thing about it is the location. We were able to walk to many convenient places like Dotonbouri. I definitely would stay here again.

The room was just okay, nothing to write home about. The lobby was just bad. Chairs set randomly with no tables. Couches unappealing and not conformable. And there were tonnes of metal cages (to lock delivered boxes) near lobby. The whole lobby is a big mess. It is also not centrally located. I would not recommend this hotel.

This hotel is so clean, modern, amazing range of amenities and drink station and helpful staff. Just needs more washing machines, it's a real let down when guests are using three of them for the whole hotel.
