Super convenient hotel!

The Hotel Nikko Kansai is ideally situated if you need to fly out the next morning. It is a 5 minute walk to Terminal 1, which most airlines fly out of.

When reserving the room some rooms indicates non-smoking so you would expect rooms that don’t have non-smoking indicated on the adds to be smoking rooms. I would have chosen a different accommodation if it was properly indicated. The air conditioning in the room was so weak at the highest power at 18c it was so hot I could barely sleep. The coin laundry are so far from the rooms and only one per floor so to find out the washing machines are already in use, you have had to walk all around for nothing. Quite disappointed

The hotel is connected to the train line as well as the airport terminal. So it could not be more convenient. The service and accommodations were excellent. I would recommend staying at Hotel Nikko Kansai Airport when you have very early flights departing or late flights arriving at KIX.
